When it was discovered that I had torn my ACL, they didn’t miss a beat—focusing on pre-op strength so I’m set up for the best recovery after surgery. Kelly is incredibly personable, attentive, and creates a welcoming, inclusive environment where I felt truly supported, including as someone in the LGBTQIA+ community. I always felt seen and confident in the care I was receiving, and I’m looking forward to returning for post-op physical therapy.
Kelly and her team are very simply, the best. She is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and funny. Her staff are all the same. Kelly made me feel at ease and not anxious about treatment, which for me is huge after some not so great experiences. I had plantar fasciitis & heel pain to where I could barely walk. I’m so grateful to Kelly and everyone working here. I immediately saw improvement & now I’m back to exercising. The staff is friendly and attentive. It’s a clean, comfortable & fun environment. They listened and got to know me. I would highly recommend going here!
HealthQuest PT in Ferndale is the best! I have seen Kelly for multiple injuries over the years. Anytime something come up, she is the first person I call. The new facility is beautiful, the front desk and exercise specialist are always so helpful and make PT so enjoyable. Don’t pass on coming here, you won’t regret it!
