I had a great experience with Kelly & her team at HealthQuest Physical Therapy in Ferndale (Hilton location). Kelly is not only professionally knowledgeable, skilled and experienced, but also an amazing person who truly cares about her patient. Her team members are also all professional, kind and great to work with. They are attentive and do excellent jobs. I can't say enough about Health Quest Physical Therapy, when I came here, I had the worst limp, I couldn't walk straight, Kelly got me straightened out. Everyone here is very nice. They care about you, they make sure that you do the exercises correctly, they don't just tell you what to do and walk away like other physical therapy facilities. On my last day, Kelly go set up with exercises I can do at home. This is the best place around.

Couple years back Kelly and her team got my knee working again at the other Ferndale location. So it was a no brainer for me to return to Kelly at this new location, when i needed to get my shoulder working again. Full transparency- im not an easy one to fix. I do high intensity martial arts training (Capoeira), and Kelly knows how important it is to me to be able to do acrobatic things most people never need to do. I have been to Health Source, Team Rehab, and several other physical therapy clinics, but none of them compare to HealthQuest. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in their patients’ progress. I am an older gentleman for whom staying physically active is very important. When an injury happens I usually start by seeing the appropriate specialist and inevitably I get referred to PT. For the last 20 years, HQPT has been there for me. I met Kelly when I was rehabbing my knee following a partial knee replacement 20 years ago.
