I’ve seen maybe a half dozen physical therapists over the course of my life (lucky me!), but I will never go to another office again - Health Quest Hilton is truly unlike any other PT team I’ve experienced. Kelly came highly recommended by my physician, and the moment I called the office I could understand why. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuine. The team at HealthQuest Ferndale (Hilton) are unbeatable. First time having to do physical therapy and they made my time worth it. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by individuals who care about you and your outcome. I came to them in quite a bit of pain and no expectations of where it would go. Week after week, Kelly and her team listened to my concerns and worked magic. I can honestly say, I would still be in pain if not for them. Everyone here makes you feel welcomed, heard, and are just genuinely great people.... read more

I have been to Health Source, Team Rehab, and several other physical therapy clinics, but none of them compare to HealthQuest. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in their patients’ progress. Health Quest of Ferndale (east) is absolutely stellar! Not only are Kelly and her team some of the nicest people you will meet, they are also extremely patient, passionate, and caring. They were a huge part of my healing journey for my knee pain and I am finally able to get back to doing the things I love! It was genuinely fun to go to physical therapy multiple times a week, being surrounded by wonderful people who have your best interest at heart. I never left without a smile on my face! They always ensured comfortably and ... read more

Kelly has been fixing my various injuries for over 10 years at multiple HealthQuest locations. I was thrilled to find her newest location in Ferndale when I developed tennis elbow. The atmosphere, cleanliness, absolute friendliness, and incredible knowledge at HealthQuest Ferndale is unmatched and got me through a sometimes difficult recovery. I highly recommend Kelly for her skill, knowledge, and commitment to each of her patients, and can’t say enough about how great of a staff she has.
