Awful service; embarrassment to health care providers. We were looking for a new physician and wanted to stay local. It took them over 3 weeks to schedule our appointment. When we arrived the 20 minutes early as requested to fill out paperwork they were not prepared for us. 15 minutes later we received the paperwork to complete. We waited an additional 50 minutes past our appointment time without so much as a mention of an apology for the delay nor an update of when we could expect to see the physician.
