I went in for chronic back pain. I thought it wouldn't help I did exercises I thought we're pointless until I realized I'm not hurting as much Mel I can't sing her enough praises she would push you to try things believe in the process. She would explain what each exercise would do. The ladies that assist were very professional. I will be going there if I need assistance again
