Both Bill Bean & Mike took me from beginning to learn how to walk again post a complicated lumbar laminectomy. My workouts over a 32 week period took me to walking solo w/o the need for a walker or a cane. Excellent warm professional team took the stress out of my difficult situation!

I began my physical therapy at Health Quest several months ago to treat a problem with my right leg. It would feel like it was trying to "go to sleep" if I was on my feet too long. After a discussion with Bill Bean who explained how the bones in my back can impact on my nerves there, depending on how I stand, sit or walk, I began to have a much better understanding of what was probably causing my "sleepy leg" issue. I was referred to Polly at Healthquest Physical Therapy by two friends, one of whom is a physical therapy professional. After one week, I had a noticeable improvement. The Health Quest staff was knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and attentive. They readily answered any questions and helped motivate me to do my best without judgement. It was easy to schedule appointments, and the facility was clean, comfortable and never overly crowded. I am a 63-year-old, and I recently had a hip replacement. My internist referred me to Bill Bean at HealthQuest in Southfield for new onset of back pain. I was able to see him the same day. His explanations of my problem were excellent, and his assessment correct. I was able to get convenient appointments around my work schedule. I had neck PT elsewhere a number of years ago, and I always felt like it was an assembly line with no individual attention. I had the pleasure of working with Michael and the rest of his team at Healthquest. I've had a bad back for years and have been to a lot of different Physical Therapy places. Michael and his team at Healthquest were far and above the best I've ever had. The personal attention and commitment to making you better is evident in everything they do. First treatment block with HQ PT. Brand new facility with state of the art equipment. Very nice young dynamic team. Worked well with me on treatment plan. Ever so changing work outs to focus on issues and keeping it interesting. Text message appointment reminders! Would be awesome if those copied to the calendar!!
