TLDR: Don't come here unless you have more money than you know what to do with. Think you have good insurance? Doesn't matter as they don't bill properly. Let me start by saying that I'm sad about this as the doctors are good, but the billing is beyond ridiculous. I had a new patient appointment that was billed as an acute/diagnostic appointment. Horrible office. Front receptionists are always rude. Never make notes in the account regarding what was told to patients. Always charging fees after they say they waive and again no notes made so then they will not honor. They told me today that I could pay my copay on the portal at the end of the day as I left my wallet at home and currently at work. Dr. Hain-Trevino is the best. She's always happy and smiling. She is very thorough and makes sure when you walk out of her office all your answers have been answered and your on your way to a speedy recovery. Dr Hain-Trevino has been my doctor for about 12 years and I wouldn't change her for any other doctor. Staff also is very nice and friendly. Office is always very clean and organized.
It is so hard to find a good primary doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Wynn and her team. Everyone is so friendly from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors. Faith was my nurse on my first visit and she was so calm and friendly. The second time I had Vanessa and she too was so kind. Both of them made me feel relaxed which helps when checking blood pressure. Dr. Wynn has such a nice smile and is very professional. She went over all my concerns with patience and care.
Took my dear friend who has dementia to his doctor's appointment today. They were fast getting us into an exam room. They were very kind and helpful. Dr.Hains-Trevino was great. But my hat goes off to the labtech Fonda, who drew Jim's blood, etc. She went out of her way to explain every detail of the process so that Jim would understand what was going on, because with dementia it may seem like the first time.
