Dr Marie Mae Martinez has been an excellent Doctor to me. She is a keeper. She is always attentive, professional & kind. She is always concern for all my needs. She is ready to take care of me in the most effective way possible. The staff have been awesome as well. Dilyla was the best technician you had. I certainly have missed her. Due to health insurance changes unfortunately I will not be able to continue my care with Dr. Marie Mae Martinez I will miss her as well.
The staff is friendly and efficient from entering the clinic till check out. I have been in the care of Dr. Mae Martinez for some time. She is attentive to my concerns, takes much time to listen and works with me to form a plan to keep me in the best health possible. I recommend her highly.
Went for follow up labs to find out what was going on and obviously something serious but no follow up, I had yo reach out to doctor office to get a follow up to review. Then they put it a month out until I let them know I needed to follow up on labs. Finally got the appointment and I was 5 mins late literally, well maybe 3 since they had to check in the lady in front of me so she had to send a message back to Dr to ask if she would still see me. Amazing doctors, friendly medical staff, and great personnel. The policies regarding appointment times are unacceptable. The portal will have you scheduled for “4:00pm” same day and then be “unable” to see you if you show up before 4pm but after 3:45. Why not just put 3:45 as the appointment time? Why not include the triage and paperwork time in the original appointment time? It makes no sense. If you value your time and want clear communication, do not go to HealthTexas.
Whole experience Excellent ! Ivette very good —successfully drew blood fast & easily . Front desk empl “Carla” exceptional service, very nice & welcoming—gave me a healthy snack after blood draw, been fasting the past 12 hours. Great, fast overall visit. Would recommend HealthTexas Blanco Rd location.
