Dr Marie Mae Martinez has been an excellent Doctor to me. She is a keeper. She is always attentive, professional & kind. She is always concern for all my needs. She is ready to take care of me in the most effective way possible. The staff have been awesome as well. Dilyla was the best technician you had. I certainly have missed her. Due to health insurance changes unfortunately I will not be able to continue my care with Dr. Marie Mae Martinez I will miss her as well.
Went for follow up labs to find out what was going on and obviously something serious but no follow up, I had yo reach out to doctor office to get a follow up to review. Then they put it a month out until I let them know I needed to follow up on labs. Finally got the appointment and I was 5 mins late literally, well maybe 3 since they had to check in the lady in front of me so she had to send a message back to Dr to ask if she would still see me. Whole experience Excellent ! Ivette very good —successfully drew blood fast & easily . Front desk empl “Carla” exceptional service, very nice & welcoming—gave me a healthy snack after blood draw, been fasting the past 12 hours. Great, fast overall visit. Would recommend HealthTexas Blanco Rd location.
This location health Texas clinic is the best clinic ever in my life I have convincing all my family and friends to come here and they have and soooo impresssd with staff and Drs. Had a Dr appointment and in all the years. I have attended this office. The lady's always just yell your name out to be called to the back. MA Avery came to my seat introduced himself. I have never experienced this. It was so nice. A patient before me was Elderly and MA Avery greeted him also and walked with him. I felt that was kind just in case the man needed assistance. When I complimented him as he was taking my vitals . He shared that is what they were taught at the school he attended for medical assistance. Keep up ... read more
