The entire staff was very pleasant to deal with. The were helpful and caring. Dr. Fritz was attentive and knowledgeable. He paid attention to my concerns and helped me devise a plan to deal with my issues. It was the best experience I have had with a Healthcare facility ever!. Would highly recommend Health Texas for your health care needs.
1. Check in: Prompt, and to the point processing at check in. A pleasant customer approach would work wonders. 2. Medical assistant; pleasant and very experienced in what she does. 3. As a new patient, my first visit was fantastic! Dr. Manuel Quiñones and his entire team are incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to my next appointment.
Yesterday I went for lab work, I only go every six months and was pleasantly surprised to see a new phlebotomist by the name Hardy. He checked my birth date and then drew the blood without any problems. I was in and out in the matter of minutes. Hardy was pleasant and courteous adding to the great team at Helotes Clinic.
My family and I have been patients for years. Dr Quinones who spends more time talking about his personal life, then rushes through the reason of the visit because he is “running late”! My son went to his appointment, got there 10 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment and was turned away because he was not there 15 minutes PRIOR to his appointment!! We have to ask for hours off from work to be on time to our appointments and because he was 10 minutes earlier, NOT 15, he was turned away! How many hours do WE HAVE TO WAIT... read more
