Jackie, Lolita, and Victoria were all great! They were nice and sweet! They made me feel at home. Doctor Villanueva is one of a kind! He cares about his patients! If you’re second guessing this clinic no you’re not! Come and see for yourself! (:
Great PCP, Great folks! They get it all done at every appoinment. The doctor is very dedicated to your concerns and corrective treaments. He is also very good with introducing and managing medications.Truly one of the best PCP clinics in NB. They do allot of in house treatment at the clinic too. A true one stop PCP. It was my first visit today with Dr. Ricardo Villanueva Alvarez, MD. He was very knowledgeable and a great bedside manner. He was very easy to talk to and put me at ease. It was great from checking in, to the medical assistant, seeing the doctor, and checking out. I also met the practice manager and she was great. Great customer service and awesome doctor's office. I'm so glad I found my new physician. My boyfriend came with me and was very impressed by the doctor and office that he is switching over to Dr. Alvarez.
Very good experience. The doctor listens to your concerns and makes appropriate treatment. He is very knowledgable in medicine and conveys his ideas in a simple fashion. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the better PCP groups in New Braunfels. They seem truly interested in your care and outcomes, I highly reccomend this office. T Pilloff 7/21/25
Honestly this office has the best Staff and the Doctors are Supurb. No complaints . Recommend anyone who needs a doctor to try coming here . You won’t be disappointed. 😃
