I have been coming to this clinic for a bit now and every visit has been great. Every interaction has been polite and friendly and Dr. Villanueva is wonderful. He truly listened to my concerns and didn't at any point make me feel ignored or like I was overreacting. Prescriptions are submitted quickly and their communications are prompt. Highly recommend this clinic!!
Jackie, Lolita, and Victoria were all great! They were nice and sweet! They made me feel at home. Doctor Villanueva is one of a kind! He cares about his patients! If you’re second guessing this clinic no you’re not! Come and see for yourself! (:
It was my first visit today with Dr. Ricardo Villanueva Alvarez, MD. He was very knowledgeable and a great bedside manner. He was very easy to talk to and put me at ease. It was great from checking in, to the medical assistant, seeing the doctor, and checking out. I also met the practice manager and she was great. Great customer service and awesome doctor's office. I'm so glad I found my new physician. My boyfriend came with me and was very impressed by the doctor and office that he is switching over to Dr. Alvarez.
I’ve seen many health care providers in my day and this place is amazing!! Every person I spoke to in the building was beyond helpful. The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating to my needs. The medical assistant was the sweetest and triaged me quickly with no trouble. The provider I saw was very caring, gentle, and listened to my every need during my appointment. Very good experience. The doctor listens to your concerns and makes appropriate treatment. He is very knowledgable in medicine and conveys his ideas in a simple fashion. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the better PCP groups in New Braunfels. They seem truly interested in your care and outcomes, I highly reccomend this office. T Pilloff 7/21/25
