They got me in very fast, which I REALLY appreciated because I had insurance that was expiring. I saw both doctors, one was incredibly helpful with navigating work limitations due to a past surgery— very kind, understanding, and competent; the other did my pap smear and it was painless, he did a great job educating me and making a test that no one looks forward to quick and easy. I have been a patient here for 3 years, and I can confidently say I've never had any issues. No terribly-behind-schedule moments, no "forgot the med refill" moments, and no classic dismissal of my issues. I have been coming to this clinic for a bit now and every visit has been great. Every interaction has been polite and friendly and Dr. Villanueva is wonderful. He truly listened to my concerns and didn't at any point make me feel ignored or like I was overreacting. Prescriptions are submitted quickly and their communications are prompt. Highly recommend this clinic!!
Had a great experience with Dr. Villanueva-Alvarez and his team. The front desk staff, Lydia and Arianna, are always friendly and helpful, and Lola on the clinical side has an amazing bedside manner. The whole team is kind, professional, and makes every visit a good one.
Dr Douglas Bahr is a great primary care provider. He’s thorough and listens to my concerns. The staff is friendly and professional too. I highly recommend Dr Bahr. Also, no long waiting!
