My son is having the worst experience. He keeps getting the run around for a referral. First time he received the referral they got his name incorrect. Gave him a referral after a month and half of my son explaining that physical therapy and the medication they prescribed were not helping him at all. It wasn’t until May 12th that he finally got a referral to get an MRI. His MRI then showed concerning results which then led to a referral to a Spine Specialist. Very nice staff and drs. Appointments run on time and Janie was very thorough in getting all my info and meds logged into my chart and she was very sweet and personable. NP Rosa Lott is amazing !
Last minute appointment & service was great as usual. Staff friendly from reception area to nurses & PA Lott is great if Dr Grant is unavailable. Love going to a place when your not feeling well & leave Confident that you've been taken care of.
I went in for blood work. Lisa was able to make it seamless. One insert of the needle, which didn't sting. Lisa was compassionate, caring, understanding and a true professional. I hope my next visit i will be attended by Lisa.
I had a great experience at Texas Health on San Pedro. Ms. Janie was very polite and engaging in conversation. She made me feel welcome from the moment she came to get me from the waiting room until the time she finished taking my blood pressure. She was very personable and has a beautiful smile.
