I was scheduled today 6/12/26 for a blood draw at 1:30 pm. I was in the neighborhood and stopped in at around 11:00. I waited around with no reception fora few minutes until the PA popped his head out. I person arrived shortly after holding a laptop. I explained my situation and she preceded to get a phlebotomist. The phlebotomist said she was on lunch but would check with the other member. She came back and said they had two draws to do, and I could wait if I wanted. It’s always a joy coming to this clinic. Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Diane Snape is a wonderful provider who always takes the time to listen, and Desiree was so kind and personable while giving me my much-needed allergy steroid shot. Thank you both for the excellent care!

I came in for blood work today and Desiree was amazing to work with. She was very patient with me and extremely friendly. Definitely gonna keep coming to this clinic.

Health Texas Schertz is a hidden gem for my medical needs! The staff are superb! Starts with being greeted by Jamie and Vincent! And the rest of the staff ; Vanessa, Miricle, MP Snape, Laura, Catrina, Dr. Lim and PA Smolik who provide their expertise and personal service to keep me healthy and happy!
