P.A.Smolik is great. Very thorough, explains everything and encourages questions. He's wonderful. The staff is amazing from the front office to the nursing staff that take care of patients. Have referred this office to many friends, family and neighbors. Kudos
Wish I could give a 0. This was the absolute worst doctor and worst experience we have ever had. I made an appointment for my husband with Dr. Lim. I specifically requested that we see him since he was a Geriatrician and Internal Medicine doctor. We are fairly new to the area and were hoping to find a doctor closer to us and had some valid concerns about his health and bloodwork. When we arrived we were told our appointment was with the PA. I had the absolute BEST experience EVER with PA Corey Smolik! He genuinely addressed all of the issues I’m facing. I’ve been to several places where I felt I was just another number. Corey took the time to allow me to explain everything I’ve been feeling! He never made me feel rushed!! After several years, I’ve finally found the perfect place that cares enough to want to help me! I definitely feel like I have his support! Everyone there was extremely kind!
I've had such a pleasant experience with the Schertz Clinic. The Front Desk staff has always been great, the medical assistants have been very kind, respectful, and PA Corey Smolik made the medical visit itself great. It's always nice to have a medical professional take all your concerns seriously and showing enthusiasm & patience with you. I'm happy to have established care here.
Let me first start off by saying this review is not about Dr.Lim or Assistant Smolik. I had a great experience with them both. This review is regarding the front desk receptionist Jaime. Before visiting this practice I was a bit apprehensive due to the reviews I saw previously prior to making an appointment. I noticed there are several complaints about a receptionist who is rude.
