I took my wife there about three weeks ago for a regular checkup. I asked Dr. Lim if he can give my wife a referral for her 2d eco test. he told me that her cardiologist supposed to do the procedure. it seems to me that this doctor doesn't know what he's doing. I also asked him if he can give my wife a restriction or accommodation where she works because she can't lift more than 20 lbs., he gave us an attitude and he said it will take 9 days to fill it up. one month later we're waiting for their call, and they never called u... read more
I REALLY THOUGHT THAT I HAD FOUND A DOCTOR'S OFFICE TO WORK WITH ME. IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE TELEVISITS WITH THESE PEOPLE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE TOP OF THE LINE CELL PHONE WITH EVERY APP ON IT, BECAUSE IF NOT THEY WILL NOT TRY TO WORK WITH YOU. 😡😡😡😡😡
NP Snape is unprofessional disengaged and gave me a misdiagnosed analysis. She has a cold demeanor and doesn't examine throughly The front desk clerk can't remember your name from when you checked in and paid 20 minutes ago. Requested the dr. She stated the in house dr. was with patient when I left he was standing outside the room. I want a reimbursement immediately. Contacting the AMA.
I've had such a pleasant experience with the Schertz Clinic. The Front Desk staff has always been great, the medical assistants have been very kind, respectful, and PA Corey Smolik made the medical visit itself great. It's always nice to have a medical professional take all your concerns seriously and showing enthusiasm & patience with you. I'm happy to have established care here.
P.A.Smolik is great. Very thorough, explains everything and encourages questions. He's wonderful. The staff is amazing from the front office to the nursing staff that take care of patients. Have referred this office to many friends, family and neighbors. Kudos
