Dr. Parker and the team at the Livonia location are wonderful! My dog really struggles at the vet and it is clear that every way the team interacts with my dog is done so in a way to reduce his stress and reactivity. My pup also has some chronic medical conditions and Dr. Parker helps me so much to manage these difficult conditions. I could not be more grateful of this team!
Firstly, I have not had an 'in office' appointment as of yet, which is Why this review is important for various reasons. Everyone was so kind! My pup was pretty sick and they got him in right away. Dr. Parker was great, you can tell he really cares about the animals. I am so glad after calling around to get my puppy boy in we landed here.
Had a slight scare with my kitty, when my usual two vets couldn’t accommodate I was referred here. I was alittle nervous going somewhere new and also driving 35 minutes. This place was amazing at getting me in quickly. Staff was amazing as well as Dr. Parker who was very calming and treated us with compassion. They drew blood quickly and gave results in about 10 minutes to let me know my Frankie’s levels were perfect and he is okay luckily. I highly recommend this vet! Thanks again
This was my pets first visit. The staff were very warm and inviting. They really care about your pet. Dr. Parker was very knowledgeable of what could be wrong with my pet. I was referred out however, I felt comfortable with my pet’s diagnosis. To the veterinary hospital we go. Say a prayer for my little Benzo.
