This used to be our vet for over 15 years. Unfortunately the quality of care has went downhill drastically in the last 2 years or so. I used to love this vet and would always recommend them. Now I will never use them or recommend them. I will warn people and let them know what happened to us. First incident happened with my son's dog. He has been taking his dog here since he was a puppy. Healthy Paws Belleville is wonderful. They removed my dog’s abdominal mass and did her teeth cleaning. The veterinarian and all the staff members were so kind to us. They kept me well informed about the procedure, timeline, and cost. I felt that they really cared about my dog and advised on the essential treatments to help keep the cost down. Great team of doctors that got Ms Kitty in for an appointment right away. Got the medicine she needed and she’s healed now! The team at healthy paws Belleville helped so quick. This will be our new vet for check ups/annual routine now
My dog gets nervous coming to the vet, but each time we have visited this location, he warms up to the staff very quickly. They take good care of him and are very thorough with their evaluations, kind and patient. It is also common to get a same day appointment if you call early which is nice.
Been there twice so far with my cat and dog, they are so patient and kind! My dog was panicking and they were fantastic with him. Very affordable too!!
