Hearing aids were under warranty and batteries not holding charge. Took them in to be serviced. Received replacement hearing aids back within a week! Service was Great! Highly recommend.
They do a good job but when they call to leave a message, they use an unrecognizable mobile number and the patient is not aware the message is from them. Use the posted phone number.
Hear Again (USA) is the only place I have ever used to purchase my hearing aids and I just picked up my third pair (I lost the 2nd pair). Called and got in within 2 days and yesterday had my hearing test and they fitted me with my new hearing aids. Dr. Gold is fantastic and the only one I have seen all these years.
