Probably not the business' fault, but it's located in an older building, with not much parking. The staff is helpful, but even with my $2k insurance benefit, the cost of only one hearing aid, the price is cost prohibitive. I need to shop around for a better deal.
Hearing aids were under warranty and batteries not holding charge. Took them in to be serviced. Received replacement hearing aids back within a week! Service was Great! Highly recommend.

Hear Again (USA) is the only place I have ever used to purchase my hearing aids and I just picked up my third pair (I lost the 2nd pair). Called and got in within 2 days and yesterday had my hearing test and they fitted me with my new hearing aids. Dr. Gold is fantastic and the only one I have seen all these years. She is patient and very thorough with the fitting as well as giving you all the instructions. They have improved so much over the years and I can control my hearing aids through my IPhone.
