Parking is a challenge, but once inside it’s a good experience. Staff are engaging and helpful. Glad these folks are working hard to make my hearing as best as it can be. More expensive than generic hearing aids (that do work for some folks), but if you need more specialized care, this is the place to go.
My left hearing aid wasn't working and couldn't sync with my iphone. I talked to Daniel and he said to pop by and he would fix it. It turns out the audiologist was available and she downloaded a software update to my ear pieces and got everything working. Excellent service.
Have to say I have never been more happy with taking my mom to a hearing specialist as I am with these guys. Went to 3 different places up north where we are from and couldn't find a hearing aid that worked for her cause she has such tiny holes into her ear canal. They also wouldn't let her try other ones to see if they worked and tried to convince her to pay over $5000 for a pair that kept falling out of her ear. Awesome service! Everyone is friendly and professional. And what's more important honest. From now on it will be my go to place in case I have any ear problems.
I am a veteran with severe tinnitus, and moderate hearing loss. I made an appointment on line, got an email shortly after and was in and out with ease. Make sure if you do not get any call back or email you follow up with a call to ensure you can get in. The staff was great, thank you
