Just arrived on holiday. Had discomfort in my ears. Called in the clinic. I was examined immediately and subsequently treated for large amount of ear wax. I now feel much better and will be able to fully enjoy my holiday. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful.
We were visiting from out of town on our way to a cruise when we realized we forgot the charger for dad’s hearing aides. The staff at HearCanada were amazing. They cleaned and tested dad’s hearing aids. Supplied us with a charger and had us out the door in 15 minutes. Vacation saved!
Parking is a challenge, but once inside it’s a good experience. Staff are engaging and helpful. Glad these folks are working hard to make my hearing as best as it can be. More expensive than generic hearing aids (that do work for some folks), but if you need more specialized care, this is the place to go.

My left hearing aid wasn't working and couldn't sync with my iphone. I talked to Daniel and he said to pop by and he would fix it. It turns out the audiologist was available and she downloaded a software update to my ear pieces and got everything working. Excellent service.
