I had such an amazing experience with Reyjude Ramos. From start to finish, the service and accommodation were excellent. He is very keen on details and always makes sure everything is taken care of. I want to Thank Reyjude Ramos and Celyna for the excellent service we received for my Mom Lorraine. She was having some issues with her hearing aid, they had staff turnover so now we would be dealing with new people, at times that can be difficult for elderly clients, but were we wowed!!! Celyna took my Moms hearing aids servicing them to ensure they were working properly for her she quickly found out one of them needed repair, she gave her a replacement until hers Was replaced under warranty! Had my first hearing test with Reyjude today. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. My results were explained to me thoroughly offering recommendations based on my results. I happily recommend anyone who requires a hearing test to meet with Reyjude.
I bought hearing aids about 15 months ago at Hearing Canada and came back one month ago and met with Reynude Ramos to have the HA checked. They were fine and Reyjude ASKED me to come back for a hearing test which was today at 9:00. When I got here for my 9:00 AM appointment he told me the call center had not booked me for a hearing test, it was only to check my charger.
