Today I took my mom to HearCANADA� for a hearing test and to buy hearing aids. I had already booked appointments with 3 different clinics, and this was the first one we visited. But even without seeing the other 2 clinics, I decided to buy from HearCANADA because of the excellent experience we had. The practitioner we met, Reyjude Ramos, was incredibly positive and kind. Reyjude has exemplary communication skills. He is extremely clear, articulate, patient, thorough. He empowers my mom and I with knowledge and takes the time, or allows me to take the time, to make sure my mom (in her 90s) understands. There is never any sense of rush, or pressure. I feel confident that he truly has my mom’s hearing needs (and general well being) in his best interests.
I’m so Happy we went to Hear Canada in Kennedy location, my Mom Mirna Esperanza was soooo Happy that Reyjude Ramos helped her very much with her hearing aids, We had such a amazing experience with Rayjude Ramos from start to finish. Rayjude was very patient and thorough when he did my Mom’s appointment for hearing test. He explained every test simply but throughly as well as the results. Highly recommended!
I had an issue with my hearing and called around to try to get an appointment. HearCANADA managed to get me an appointment on the same day due to a cancellation. I was received professionally and all of my questions regarding my situation were answered. Upon leaving, I was given a business card and asked to leave a 5-star review.
