Absolute best experience I’ve had through and through. Celyna was very helpful and pleasant, when setting up the appointment and payment. And Rayjude was very thorough during my hearing exam actually catching things several techs and audiologists before him had missed resulting in me now using a transmitter rather than a hearing aid. I would recommend them to anyone!
Reyjude Ramos practitioner is extremely thoughtful and caring. Wasn’t expecting a free test to be so extensive. Hearing was checked for all possible variables and results were showed on a graphic with detailed explanation. Highly recommend!
This is way overdue but I promised I would rate this place 5 stars! Exceptional service from Dr Reyjude Ramos Was super nice and very straight forward as well was worried at first with my results everything turned fine in the end..... I had such an amazing experience with Reyjude Ramos. From start to finish, the service and accommodation were excellent. He is very keen on details and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Using hearing aid was new to me, and when I got a bad result, he explained every single details and possible causes that I need to know, that makes me feel comfortable wearing it for the first time. I've a great first impression. I noticed I'm asking ppl to repeat themselves often and figured I beat get checked out and found these folks offering free hearing test (otherwise it'd cost $75). Reyjude was very patient and professional, answered my questions very well. Took about an hour, and I'll be back in a couple of years. Highly recommend anyone go, even if just to create a results baseline for year over year comparisons.
