Reyjude Ramos practitioner is extremely thoughtful and caring. Wasn’t expecting a free test to be so extensive. Hearing was checked for all possible variables and results were showed on a graphic with detailed explanation. Highly recommend!
Today I took my mom to HearCANADA� for a hearing test and to buy hearing aids. I had already booked appointments with 3 different clinics, and this was the first one we visited. But even without seeing the other 2 clinics, I decided to buy from HearCANADA because of the excellent experience we had. The practitioner we met, Reyjude Ramos, was incredibly positive and kind. This is way overdue but I promised I would rate this place 5 stars! Exceptional service from Dr Reyjude Ramos Was super nice and very straight forward as well was worried at first with my results everything turned fine in the end..... The process and procedure is straight forward if your anxious he will help you calm down and guide you through everything if you have trouble understanding and anything you have trouble with hes there to guide you.. First time doing a hearing assessment and I had the best time at HearCanada in Kennedy location. Reyjude Ramos was helpful and knowledgeable. He did a thorough assessment, asked relevant questions and answered all my questions with confidence. He is an expert and very professional!
Reyjude has exemplary communication skills. He is extremely clear, articulate, patient, thorough. He empowers my mom and I with knowledge and takes the time, or allows me to take the time, to make sure my mom (in her 90s) understands. There is never any sense of rush, or pressure. I feel confident that he truly has my mom’s hearing needs (and general well being) in his best interests.
