I was very pleased with the service I received today during my walk-in hearing test. The office space is comfortable and inviting, and the staff are professional and welcoming. Reyjude is great at what he does and was very thorough throughout the entire process, explaining everything along the way. Celyna and Reyjude are wonderful staff and make this office a great place.
Top shelf service from Reyjude, Celyna and the Team @ Hear Canada at 246 Kennedy St. in Winnipeg. Highly recommend! I felt totally taken care of and their friendly, professional, and compassionate manner put me at ease, addressed my concerns and made me feel their genuine care and concern.
They have friendly staff, have cost effective options for people with hearing needs. Very clear on how to intruct patients to do their hearing tests properly.
Excellent customer service! Bob is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Sabrina at the front desk will bend backwards to help you. I love my hearing devices and it opened up a whole new world for me.
