My husband and I both had hearing tests and were fitted for hearing aids, and I must give this place a 10/10! From the moment we walked in and were warmly greeted by Megan at the front desk to the exceptional care and knowledge provided by Amanda throughout our hearing tests and fittings, the experience was outstanding. Recently visited for a hearing test and was extremely impressed with the quality and thoroughness of my exam. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Megan to the testing by Amanda, everything was fantastic. If I had any expectations going in, which I did not, they would have easily exceeded them. Unfortunately the state of healthcare in Alberta is sadly lacking of late-FORTUNATELY we have places like HearCanada (Leduc) I expected a pressure sales pitch, but instead received a pleasant, professional greeting, testing, then a detailed synopsis from Amanda with a wide range of options. Amanda and Megan are very friendly and great service,they do most of the paperwork plus Amanda did my Application forms for senior benefits for my hearing aid the place is very clean and lots of parking.
