I was extremely pleased with the service . The audiologist welcomed me into the clinic and was professional in giving me the rundown of the assessment and all the questions/concerns I had. The audiologist was time effective and efficient and provided me with helpful tips and strategies.
I was disappointed with this Clinic compared to the previous owners. I had made an appointment to have my hearing aids looked at as they weren't working properly and when I arrived, they had thought I was there for a hearing test? Once that was clarified, it turns out my hearing aids are too aged to be repaired. Fair enough. However, the audiologist got on the phone with manufacture, with her phone on speaker, and with my hearing aids on the desk and proceeded to have a conversation.
