After gently clearing my ear wax blockage with a special tool and rinse (which was painless and provided instant relief), he conducted a follow-up hearing test in a soundproof room to confirm my hearing was perfect. His professionalism and thoroughness were outstanding. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results!
