I had a great experience. Chantel was wonderful! She was informative, thorough, kind and easy to understand. From start to finish, she was professional and put me at ease. She followed up with me to check on how I was doing and made adjustments that I needed. She went the extra mile to ensure everything was good. I can't believe the difference my hearing aids make.
