My partner saw Dr. Dany Pineault today. He is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, helpful, and easy to talk to. He is an expert in hyperacusis and tinnitus and was able to help us move in the right direction. Thank you!
Went to get my ears cleaned today and Kristina was fantastic. It was my first time getting it done and I ended up getting dizzy during the cleaning. But Kristina was more than patient with me and took things slow and never rushed me. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for helping me hear better!
I had a wonderful experience at the Hearing room! The service was exceptionally fast, easy and convenient for my fast paced lifestyle. Dr. Irene contacted me right away after work as I was looking to book an appointment but she insisted that I come in to see her right away so I did... and I was amazed at the service! Irene and Natasha are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy audiologists. My mother has been having difficulty with her hearing aids for years and has had limited success. We brought her to The Hearing Room and the girls did a thorough test, and fit her with new hearing aids. She says this is the first time she has heard so well in over 10 years. I would highly recommend Natasha and Irene if you are looking for a positive experience with hearing aids. Thank you again!
I visited The Hearing Room today to discuss a set of custom protective ear plugs. I arrived with many many questions, all of which were answered. It was really nice to feel totally confident in the information given to me. I chose what type of ear protection I needed, had my ears cleaned, two custom molds made, and now look forward to wearing the plugs in about two weeks. Great service all around. Thank you...a great experience.
