My partner saw Dr. Dany Pineault today. He is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, helpful, and easy to talk to. He is an expert in hyperacusis and tinnitus and was able to help us move in the right direction. Thank you!
Can't say enough good things about them. Went there for wax removal. They were very friendly and made me comfortable right from the receptionist. Gave a free follow up and hearing test assessment.

Went to get my ears cleaned today and Kristina was fantastic. It was my first time getting it done and I ended up getting dizzy during the cleaning. But Kristina was more than patient with me and took things slow and never rushed me. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for helping me hear better!
I had a wonderful experience at the Hearing room! The service was exceptionally fast, easy and convenient for my fast paced lifestyle. Dr. Irene contacted me right away after work as I was looking to book an appointment but she insisted that I come in to see her right away so I did... and I was amazed at the service!
