I am writing this review on behalf of my grandfather who had a great experience at the Newmarket HearCanada. Despite not having an appointment, they took him in right away, which was incredibly helpful. The staff was patient and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure he felt comfortable throughout the visit. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference, and we’re grateful for the exceptional service.
I have recently fitted with hearing aids from the newmarket location of Hear Canada. I found Iryna very helpful to set up my appointments, provide reminders and be helpful in the process. Dr. Alias is very knowledgeable and client focused making sure that everything works well and also explain the test in layman terms. Great service. I would highly recommend them if you need assistance.
I brought my 97 year old mom to Hear Canada Newmarket and had the best customer service experience. We were greeted so warmly by Iryna at reception and she was very thorough in sending emails for reminders and copies of our receipts.
