My husband required hearing test after years of diminishing ability to hear and participate in normal conversation. He had an exceptional experience with the team at Hear Canada Simcoe. Kinan Barhoum and assistant were so knowledgeable and professional in their manner, making the complete process easy and enjoyable. The office support staff are friendly and also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this office for all your hearing needs.
I brought my mom’s hearing aids in without an appointment. She normally goes somewhere else but they were closed until January 5. Marilyn at Hearing Canada was so wonderful! Mom’s hearing aids were full of wax and needed some TLC. She cleaned them and showed me how to clean them. I brought the hearing aids back to my mom at the long term care home and now she can hear again! She is SO happy! Thank you Marilyn! We need to switch to Hear Canada!

My name is Ruth. Hear Canada in Simcoe has 3 amazing human beings (Kinnan, Danni & Avery) who work in this beautiful facility to take care of any hearing needs. All 3...have the most kind and awesome way of dealing with each individual on a personal level. Kinnan skillfully cleaned my ears of wax, and then did a hearing test in which he explained everything he was doing! My 98 year old mother has not been able to hear for months. She was withdrawing and giving up hope. Ken adjusted her hearing aids and the world has opened up again. Ken and the staff were amazing with my mom, respectful and patient. I highly recommend this particular outlet for anyone with elderly relatives. Thank you Ken and staff
