We dropped in to HearCanada in Nanaimo to get batteries for my friend 's hearing aid that had not been working properly. The staff member checked the aid and noticed that the hearing tube was clogged with debris. She cleaned the tube and microphones and gave us a sleeve of batteries. My friend is so grateful to be able to hear again! These people are angels of mercy!

Confirmed three different appointments on three different days , only asked for one totally disorganized So cancelled my visit due to lack of confidence
I went in to have my 91 year old mother’s hearing aid looked at as she had had a bad fall and they didn’t appear to be working properly. I didn’t have an appointment and was greeted by Neil Watson who went above and beyond to help me get the aids fixed for my mother. He was so incredibly helpful and supportive. I will definitely be back for any help in the future.
Excellent customer service. I highly recommend. It's a year later, and I stand by my review!
