Top notch hearing exam and ear cleaning. I didnt know what to expect from a private clinic. Would I be hurried through the process? Urged to buy an expensive product? As it turned out, I was met courteously, well and efficiently treated and had every aspect expertly explained to me. After my test I left feeling 100% satisfied with HearCanada. I highly recommend them!
We dropped in to HearCanada in Nanaimo to get batteries for my friend 's hearing aid that had not been working properly. The staff member checked the aid and noticed that the hearing tube was clogged with debris. She cleaned the tube and microphones and gave us a sleeve of batteries. My friend is so grateful to be able to hear again! These people are angels of mercy!

I went in to have my 91 year old mother’s hearing aid looked at as she had had a bad fall and they didn’t appear to be working properly. I didn’t have an appointment and was greeted by Neil Watson who went above and beyond to help me get the aids fixed for my mother. He was so incredibly helpful and supportive. I will definitely be back for any help in the future.
