I called 2 days before and easily booked in for a painful ear wax build up issue. The front end staff member was very polite and got me signed in quickly. I then had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mandy who immediately took my pain away! My ear issue as cleared up fast and painlessly. Not adding photos, trust me haha. Amanda and Lia were awesome. Wednesday 2pm 28th was my appointment. I was a little nervous but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I couldn't stop coughing because of the procedure. It was one of my best appointments ever. Thank you ladies.
I saw Dagmar today and she solved my issue in under 30 mins after months and trips to Connect Hearing, Cochrane Urgent Care and FOUR visits to my doctor which included 2 rounds of antibiotics and mineral oil drops...what an immense waste of time and energy. Dagmar was professional and patient and with her camera technology was able to diagnose a simple blockage and remove it for me painlessly. So wish I went to see her first.
