I had a great experience at the hearing centre for my audiology test. Dr. Gaurri Mangaonkar was very kind, professional, and welcoming. I was nervous before the appointment, but she made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything clearly. The test went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
I just had a great experience with Diana and Angel. The clinic is very welcoming, clean and bright with lots of convenient free parking. I was very impressed with Diana’s caring touch and thorough cleaning of my ears. We discussed my hearing history and then she conducted several hearing tests that were very relaxed and professional. Truly a welcoming place from first meeting Angel with her smile and then Diana with her professionalism. Diana first looked at the problem I had with a wax buildup in my right ear...success! I can now walk safely in a balanced " stereo " way. Diana spent a good positive time with me while I was in the booth to test my hearing. I'm glad I entered those doors. Thanks team you are wonderful!
My experience with Angel and Diana was awesome. Angel took care of me when I checked in, super pleasant. Diana, well what can I say, she is an expert at what she does. The ear cleaning, best I ever had. Hearing test very extensive but quick. She is also very knowledgeable about tinnitus and gave me great pointers to help soften the sound. I recommend you pay a visit. You will come away feeling you were looked after with much care. Thanks Ladies!
It was easy to get a next day appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My son had a fantastic experience with Diana getting his earwax removed - said it wasn't uncomfortable at all and was quick. Highly recommend.
