Customer service starts right at the door. You are welcomed and made to feel comfortable by Jackie. The audiological test was a fantastic experience. All aspects of the test were clearly explained and all questions answered. Today was the follow up exam and it went extremely smooth. Kinan was very professional and easy to follow. He was particularly courteous and helpful. The experience exceeded 5 stars at the Brantford On site. Greg.

I’m very happy with my custom music noise plugs from this clinic. Jackie at reception was kind and organized, and Kinan took the time to explain the process and made the ear impressions simple and comfortable. I’ve been using the plugs at concerts and at the gym — they’re comfortable, effective, and don’t distort the music. I’m really glad I chose this clinic and would recommend it to anyone considering custom ear protection.

Had a wonderful experience at this location while getting my father fitted for hearing aids. Jackie at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The staff were professional and provided excellent care.

I have always had great service from the Bramtford location, from the first day I came here. My trouble shooting phone calls are always answered and they make me feel important, even if it is user error that is the problrm lol if they need to make an adjustment, I am booked in right away. I highly recommend Hear Canada.

Appointment was during free ear wax promo. All staff were very courteous, friendly and polite. Appointment was quick and I left with very clean ears, all blockages removed. The relief from getting wax removed is amazing. I highly recommend it and Hear Canada. Thank you for the efficient, friendly service.
