I’m very happy with my custom music noise plugs from this clinic. Jackie at reception was kind and organized, and Kinan took the time to explain the process and made the ear impressions simple and comfortable. I’ve been using the plugs at concerts and at the gym — they’re comfortable, effective, and don’t distort the music. I’m really glad I chose this clinic and would recommend it to anyone considering custom ear protection.

My visit to HearCANADA was warm and welcoming. Jackie, the client care coordinator, was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable, making the experience comfortable from the start. Ryan, the audiologist, was professional and took the time to clearly explain each test that was performed, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend HearCANADA for all your hearing needs.

I got custom music plugs for my music extra curricular’s and it has made playing the saxophone a much better experience. They dim down the volume enough to not bother me, but also enough to still hear the music that is playing. They’re very comfortable and fit perfectly, and the price is affordable. I use these music plugs multiple times a week. I highly recommend this place.

Got my hearings aids just the other day at HearCanada. Was a excellent experience. Jackie at the front desk was wonderful and the rest of the staff doing the testing are great as well. Explain things well and answered all my questions. Now I can ear clearly in crowded rooms or restaurants. Thanks guys, much appreciated.
