Visited HearCANADA for earwax removal. Kinan H.I.S., and Danielle HID Intern were polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. All my many questions were answered. I had previously had a hearing test elsewhere, and deal with another clinic with a family member, but the reception here and the eagerness to provide knowledge far exceeds the service at these other locations. My Mother has been dealing with Hear Canada, so I thought I'd book with them because it had been years since I had a hearing test. I seen Kinan who had done the test. He was understanding and very knowledgeable about my ear situation. I dealt with Jackie the client care coordinator and was very helpful throughout. I've discovered the importance of getting my ears tested on a annual basis. See you next year Kinan and Jackie!
After 25 years of bad hearing and excruciating Tinnitus I finally had my hearing tested at Hear Canada in Brantford. Kinan and his intern Danielle were kind, super knowledgeable and extremely compassionate to my issues/needs. They walked me through the test giving me step by step Instructions making it very easy, I was amazed at how advanced the equipment and techniques were. I had an appointment yesterday, I went in feeling quite nervous but left feeling much much better! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The gentleman and his student performing the testing were great and walked me through everything. Overall a great experience!
