First time coming here today, as my ear had been blocked for a few weeks. The clinic is lovely, clean, and spacious. The receptionist was kind and thorough and provided me the initial forms to fill out. Ana was an amazing professional who helped me flush out my blocked ear with great patience; she also provided great follow-up tips on how to better care and prevent wax buildup within my ears. I highly recommend this company and location!
I had an excellent experience at this hearing clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The audiologist was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared. The service was efficient, but never rushed, and the follow-up support has been outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic. I call last minute to make an appointment and Janna ( client care coordinator) did her best to give me a time to go, thankfully. Also explained to me patiently everything since it was my first time in HearCanada. On the other hand, for my surprise Ana ( hearing Instrument specialist) speak my same language so I could communicate my concerns in a more comfortable way.
