I call last minute to make an appointment and Janna ( client care coordinator) did her best to give me a time to go, thankfully. Also explained to me patiently everything since it was my first time in HearCanada. On the other hand, for my surprise Ana ( hearing Instrument specialist) speak my same language so I could communicate my concerns in a more comfortable way. I had an excellent experience at this hearing clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The audiologist was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared. The service was efficient, but never rushed, and the follow-up support has been outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic. I have visited audiologists before and I can honestly tell you that this has been the best experience ever. From the moment you walk in, you notice the difference; the customer service is excellent. I had asked for a consultation in another store but they wanted me to do the hearing test first, which I did not want to do until finding out if they had the hearing aids I wanted.
