Ana is a very skilled professional and also a very caring and well behaved lady. Today it was my first ever experience of having my ear wax removed with no pain at all. Janna was also very helpful and a caring person. As a whole, my visit was very fruitful and I am pretty sure to have this professional office of HearCANADA recommended to people that I know.

I had a positive experience with Ana at the Thornhill location. Ana provided numerous hearing tests to determine exactly why my hearing was compromised. She showed a chart depicting the problems with my hearing on both the left and right. She then recommended the standard hearing aids for trial Ana had the patience and explained the different types of hearing aides
