Very great experience! My husband accidentally pushed earwax further into his ear with a cotton swab, which caused some temporary hearing loss. We just wanted to try our luck and walked in to seek help. Ana and the front desk warm staff were willing to help us right away! They even provided two scenarios with us! If it is wax, then they can help to take it out. If it is not, they will tell us where to go. Besides, price is really fair! Highly recommended this location! Very helpful and professional!
I took an elderly woman that I volunteer with as she has concerns about her hearing and I really enjoyed their customer service. Janna, especially, was lovely and patient. She gave us all of the necessary information on functionality, pricing and any warranties associated. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent experience! The customer service here is outstanding—from the first phone call, the receptionist was very kind, and it’s a big plus that they speak multiple languages, including Spanish. First time coming here today, as my ear had been blocked for a few weeks. The clinic is lovely, clean, and spacious. The receptionist was kind and thorough and provided me the initial forms to fill out. Ana was an amazing professional who helped me flush out my blocked ear with great patience; she also provided great follow-up tips on how to better care and prevent wax buildup within my ears. I highly recommend this company and location!
