Excellent experience! The customer service here is outstanding—from the first phone call, the receptionist was very kind, and it’s a big plus that they speak multiple languages, including Spanish. Dr. Ana Lis Primero was extremely professional. She explained each step of the evaluation clearly and went over my results in a way that was easy to understand, giving me helpful recommendations for my hearing recovery. First time coming here today, as my ear had been blocked for a few weeks. The clinic is lovely, clean, and spacious. The receptionist was kind and thorough and provided me the initial forms to fill out. Ana was an amazing professional who helped me flush out my blocked ear with great patience; she also provided great follow-up tips on how to better care and prevent wax buildup within my ears. I highly recommend this company and location!
I call last minute to make an appointment and Janna ( client care coordinator) did her best to give me a time to go, thankfully. Also explained to me patiently everything since it was my first time in HearCanada. On the other hand, for my surprise Ana ( hearing Instrument specialist) speak my same language so I could communicate my concerns in a more comfortable way. I brought my mother to this hearing clinic and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were patient, caring, and very professional. They explained everything clearly and made my mom feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The hearing test was quick, and they took the time to answer all our questions.
