The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The audiologist was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared. The service was efficient, but never rushed, and the follow-up support has been outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic. I have visited audiologists before and I can honestly tell you that this has been the best experience ever. From the moment you walk in, you notice the difference; the customer service is excellent. I had asked for a consultation in another store but they wanted me to do the hearing test first, which I did not want to do until finding out if they had the hearing aids I wanted. I can highly recommend the team at HearCanada, Disera Drive, Thornhill. Ana (hearing specialist) is competent and professional; she tested my 100+ year-old mother with new hearing aids and removed the wax from her ears. She was very kind and patient throughout the process. No sales pressure; it was all about finding the right solution. My mother is thrilled to be able to hear so much better with her new aids. Thanks to Janna for helping with appointments and paperwork.
Ana is a very skilled professional and also a very caring and well behaved lady. Today it was my first ever experience of having my ear wax removed with no pain at all.
