Ana Lis is the most friendly professional I've ever met. I was desperate with both of my ears blocked due to the excess of cerum on top of my eardrum, and she helped me taking that out. Very patient!! She also speaks Spanish, which made me feel even more comfortable 🙏🏼
Very great experience! My husband accidentally pushed earwax further into his ear with a cotton swab, which caused some temporary hearing loss. We just wanted to try our luck and walked in to seek help. Ana and the front desk warm staff were willing to help us right away! They even provided two scenarios with us! If it is wax, then they can help to take it out. If it is not, they will tell us where to go. Besides, price is really fair! Highly recommended this location! Very helpful and professional!
I took an elderly woman that I volunteer with as she has concerns about her hearing and I really enjoyed their customer service. Janna, especially, was lovely and patient. She gave us all of the necessary information on functionality, pricing and any warranties associated. I highly recommend this business.
First time coming here today, as my ear had been blocked for a few weeks. The clinic is lovely, clean, and spacious. The receptionist was kind and thorough and provided me the initial forms to fill out. Ana was an amazing professional who helped me flush out my blocked ear with great patience; she also provided great follow-up tips on how to better care and prevent wax buildup within my ears. I highly recommend this company and location!
Janna and Ana were terrific! Janna set up my appointment and followed up with me a day before to remind me of my appointment. I met with Ana who took the time to answer my questions and she made a couple of recommendations, but did not push me one way or another. It was wonderful to be able to get advice without feeling like the person was attemtping to sell me something. I'm looking forward to trying a couple of different models to find the model that works for me.
