Ana Lis is the most friendly professional I've ever met. I was desperate with both of my ears blocked due to the excess of cerum on top of my eardrum, and she helped me taking that out. Very patient!! She also speaks Spanish, which made me feel even more comfortable 🙏🏼
Janna, the clinic manager is caring and supportive, and her ability to communicate in Russian, Hebrew, and English is incredibly helpful for patients. Ana, the audiologist, is professional and thorough. Together they make a wonderful and attentive team. I would highly recommend this HearCANADA Clinic in Thornhill for hearing tests and hearing aids.
I've come across this HearCANADA location in 2025 and since then it has become my go-to place when it comes to hearing-related issues. The audiologist Ana is professional, knowledgeable, and very nice person. The same goes to the receptionist Janna, who is also very nice and helpful. This place is nice but the people working there are even better. Highly recommended.
Janna and Ana were terrific! Janna set up my appointment and followed up with me a day before to remind me of my appointment. I met with Ana who took the time to answer my questions and she made a couple of recommendations, but did not push me one way or another. It was wonderful to be able to get advice without feeling like the person was attemtping to sell me something. I'm looking forward to trying a couple of different models to find the model that works for me.
