Carmen made my swim molds for me this morning. She was courteous and professional. She did a great job. She is a very nice person. My visit was very pleasant. Thank you.
Had an issue with one of my devices as I was leaving the building, and was not treated well at the front desk when I returned minutes later to remedy the problem due to the install of upgrades. I don’t think she believed the “old guy”. I was going to tell her I’m actually an engineer, but that may have reinforced her attitude. Honestly surprised me, always had a warm welcome in the past.
Great experience! I don't often leave reviews but I will for them. From the receptionist to the Doctor evryone was professional and caring.
Took my Dad in for a quick repair during the walk-in hours. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We were in and back out in 10 minutes!
