Tanya was amazing! She made all kinds of adjustments so that my HE'S are as good as they were the first day I received them! Also she was incredibly patient and kind.
Carmen made my swim molds for me this morning. She was courteous and professional. She did a great job. She is a very nice person. My visit was very pleasant. Thank you.
Had an issue with one of my devices as I was leaving the building, and was not treated well at the front desk when I returned minutes later to remedy the problem due to the install of upgrades. I don’t think she believed the “old guy”. I was going to tell her I’m actually an engineer, but that may have reinforced her attitude. Honestly surprised me, always had a warm welcome in the past.
This is the first time I used the walk-in feature that is offered from 11:00 AM to 1:00PM. My check-in went smoothly and my hearing aids were cleaned and dried very promptly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I have been a patient at Hearing Associates for almost 5 years. They have been wonderful to work with.
Had my old insurance card but still on same plan and no problem. Hearing check went well and was almost fun. I will recommend this place to friends. Thank you.
