This is the first time I used the walk-in feature that is offered from 11:00 AM to 1:00PM. My check-in went smoothly and my hearing aids were cleaned and dried very promptly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I have been a patient at Hearing Associates for almost 5 years. They have been wonderful to work with.

This is such a great place to go for hearing loss care. Every time we have been there, our appointments have been on time, and everyone is friendly. My husband sees Christine Heintskill; you just couldn't ask for a more professional and caring audiologist. She does her best to make sure my husband's hearing is as good as it can get, and we deeply appreciate this place.
I go there for evaluation and cleaning of my hearing aids. I often have Carmen and she does an excellent job every time. The staff always makes me feel welcome.
