Very good experience. Close to home. Nice setting. Very little wait time. Pleasant employees. Audiologist who performed hearing test was great at explaining what would take place, administering test and going over results. Answered all my questions and I left the office feeling much better than I did prior to my first visit.
I love my Doctor. Nice clinic too! I'm sure I'll get the best care since my Mom did.
The receptionist and the doctor were great. Explaining everything and giving great advice. Went in nervous and left relieved and confident I was in great hands.
Ask to arrive early to fill out paperwork. I did but was told it was taken care of so I arrived early for why? Guy at the desk was holding a three way phone meet so I got to listen to 40 minutes of a loud meeting. My audiologist was late so I spent 45 minutes waiting. My time has value. My appt was at 4 pm. Why did they not tell me to come at 4:15?
Hearing associates are just absolutely wonderful, they have been working with my son for 5 years and he just loves going there to see everyone. Especially Dr Stu! They are wonderful and very patient with children. Thank you so much to everyone!
