Very pleasant, very professional! New experience for my husband, but the audiologist was great and helped him feel at ease. The only thing is they are not in network for us, meaning we’ll have to go somewhere else for hearing devices. Other than that, highly recommend.
My appointments with Brice in Belmond was productive N helpful. He counsels me on use of cleaning apparatus and charging batteries and ear wax removal.I am very very pleased with his professionalism n knowledge.
