It was a wonderful experience all around. Heart of Vinings has an incredibly welcoming and friendly atmosphere, combined with a blend of impressive technology and high-quality equipment. After a too-deep filling hitting my nerves by another dentist and needing to get an emergency same-day ASAP extraction, I called several dentists in the area and HOV were the first to answer and quickly get me into an appointment just a couple of hours later. It started with April's warm, happy, confident energy, making you feel safe when you step inside. Firstly I have had a few dentists that have impressed me over the years, but Heart of Vinings was above and beyond. Wonderful atmosphere and exceptional service, my hygienist was very knowledgeable and confident. My dentist was very thoughtful and caring. Overall an exceptional experience and I left feeling confident that I am in good hands moving forward. I am recommending HOV to my friends and family, I would recommend them to you.
You know you have an awesome staff, if you're excited to go to the dentist! I always look forward to catching up with the friendly front office staff and dental hygienist. The dentists are very friendly and always do a good job as well as providing great tips on what products to use and how best to use them.
