I don't normally write reviews, but this place is just that good! My poor kitty, Maui had to go to the emergency vet prior to his appointment at heart and paw. At that ER vet, we had such a bad experience and spent the last of our money in hopes of saving his life, but he was still not completely better. I had the best experience bringing my senior 18-year-old cat here today. The office is beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. I especially loved that they have a separate cat area away from the dogs, with the cutest little cat waiting room. Dr. Melillo is truly the best vet. I had seen him at another office before, and when he opened his own practice, I knew I wanted to bring my cat to him. He is so kind, caring, gentle, and knowledgeable. It was time to say goodbye to our fur baby. After knowing Dr. Melillo from another office, I knew I needed to follow him. There is no one I would trust more with this painful journey. His tech Jaclynn was there with us every step of the way, and she also couldn't have been more caring. Haley, at the desk, made sure we were stocked with tissues and told us to let her know if we needed anything else to make us all more comfortable. I took my Scottish Terriers in for grooming, and they looked absolutely adorable with their bandanas afterward. The groomer is certified and has earned numerous grooming awards, and it shows in the quality of her work. She treats my boys with care and professionalism, and they came home looking fantastic. I was especially impressed that Dr. Melillo personally gave me a tour of the new facility.
