I seldom do a review on a company as anyone can have a bad day or make a mistake, but today I have reached a point where I feel it is necessary. I have had a unit for over a year and no problems with the old company. But since then I rented 5 units when I sold my home and they have changed the rent amounts every time I speak to someone. Some of the customer service people are great but others are so rude and they will not let you speak to a manager or have them call you back. Just beware.
Safe, secure, well lit, gated, monitored, clean, nicely kept. Excellent customer service, they answer the phone & call you back if needed. The have always handled my account mishaps kindly & fairly. Happy customer! I would certainly recommend.
I’ve had this storage for at least 3 years. It’s so convenient and secure. The customer service is excellent! Very happy with this facility.
They was great when I need to up grade to a bigger unit, I did not have to worry about anything and they help me understand everything
Daniel was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She answered all of my questions and guided me through the Forsyth location, so I could check for the type of storage unit I wanted.
