I have used this storage for a year and really love the convenience. The units are nice sized and very clean. They have really great new member move in rates. Just be sure to read the contract because the prices do jump up once your special is done. Long term storage it is a bit pricy, but sort term is definitely worth it.
The old company was great. Ever since they were bought by the national company our rates were going up about $100 every 6 months. For Forsyth, MO that is crazy. I was told their rates were based on a national average. I asked if I found a comparable unit close if they would match the price. Nope. We found another unit close by comparable in size for 1/4th the price. They will lure you in with low rates on their web page but give it 6 months... renter beware.
I seldom do a review on a company as anyone can have a bad day or make a mistake, but today I have reached a point where I feel it is necessary. I have had a unit for over a year and no problems with the old company. But since then I rented 5 units when I sold my home and they have changed the rent amounts every time I speak to someone. Some of the customer service people are great but others are so rude and they will not let you speak to a manager or have them call you back. Just beware.
Safe, secure, well lit, gated, monitored, clean, nicely kept. Excellent customer service, they answer the phone & call you back if needed. The have always handled my account mishaps kindly & fairly. Happy customer! I would certainly recommend.
I’ve had this storage for at least 3 years. It’s so convenient and secure. The customer service is excellent! Very happy with this facility.
