This is a nice storage facility. It can be a little hard to pull in because of the steep hill and the angle. But it is very secure.

We first contacted Tri-Sons by phone and Nicole returned our message. She was very informative, gave us a "one time use" access code to go look at two different size storage sheds. I had no clue what size we would need so that was extremely helpful! We called her back to let her know which one we wanted and everything was done right then over the phone. They were super helpful. I ordered a storage locker online, and gate code worked, but the door to the storage locker had a gate code which didn't accept my code. I was able to get a hold of someone, and they were able to get ahold of the owners. They called me back trying to make it work over the phone. It didn't work, so on their day off, they drove 20 min to get to storage locker to help us. They were very patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you guys.

I Have been very pleased with my experience at Heartland they had exactly the size I needed at a great price. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.. I highly recommend their storage facility.
