Climate controlled units are nice and clean and they offer auto bill pay. Was able to book a unit online, sign the paperwork, and receive unit info, immediately which was awesome. Had to switch to a bigger unit and the lady that helped me over the phone was so nice and had it done in less than 10min. Had to speak with the lady again about an issue with my auto bill pay and she was so nice and really worked to resolve the issue right away that their system caused. I called the office first and spoke with a lady and she was absolutely wonderful in giving me the information I needed. Then I got online and booked it and it was one of the easiest things I’ve done and was very quick. Their service is excellent.
I can’t give them 0. My family have been paying on our storage unit ever since we got it. We did fall behind slightly but again still giving them money. The auctioned off the unit without telling us anything. We lost our grandmother, our grandfather, memorials to our uncle, baby pictures and so much more due to these selfish greedy useless people.
Great Friendly Service ~Clean Facility & Very Affordable🙌🏻
These units are not well sealed. We could not keep our belongs clean. Tried two different units. The roof leaked on the one.
