Untrustworthy business with horrible staff. I had an issue with weather and mice destroying all my belongings. I had payed all my payments on time for over two years and already complained about debris getting into my unit due to failed weather stripping. Staff told me to share before and after photos of the unit which I did showing clear damage as well as tons of fecal matter from mice all over everything I own. I payed well over $100 a month for over two years only to have my belongings destroyed by mice and weather. Once I complained I was told to share before and after photos which were then shared to “corporate” and I began my move out. This consisted of me literally putting everything I own in my dump trailer and throwing it away.Thousands of dollars worth of my hard earned belongings down the drain. Paved lanes between the buildings is nice. Location is awesome. They let me use the coin laundry at their RV park, which is also awesome. Doors dont seal well, so the storage units get dusty. The electronic gate nolonger works. All of the staff are great, except for the owner who has awful customer service skills. From the first time I met him, he gave off a cold shoulder type demeaner. Climate controlled units are nice and clean and they offer auto bill pay. Was able to book a unit online, sign the paperwork, and receive unit info, immediately which was awesome. Had to switch to a bigger unit and the lady that helped me over the phone was so nice and had it done in less than 10min. Had to speak with the lady again about an issue with my auto bill pay and she was so nice and really worked to resolve the issue right away that their system caused. The property feels very secure, with an attendant present at all times. The advertised size is accurate, and the storage room was immaculately clean. I highly recommend this facility.
