Since being taken over by GoStoreIt they take random charges, the automated system says it can’t find your account, you can’t get a human to talk to. I have had this storage place since the beginning of the year before the new company took over and I never had an issue and my account was set up on autopay, then the new company took over and it went downhill.
Experience has been great and Tanya makes easy. She’s Friendly and helpful.
