I’ve used this storage company for 7 months. I recently stopped using the storage unit. The staff was awesome. While using the unit, everything was 5 stars… Until I got an email stating that my $62 monthly payment was going to $98 PLUS $15 for insurance. The new price was going into affect the following month. That’s a massive increase with limited notice. However, if you’re pleased with the pricing… you’ll be pleased with everything else. Again, staff is great and the unit was clean!
Well, the fact that I haven’t been there yet I’m sure I’m going to be satisfied because the people on the phone that talk to me were very nice! Thank you, and God bless you all
I have not been there yet, but looking at other people‘s post they are very satisfied and I’m sure I may give you the satisfaction of being satisfied again
Absolutely not safe for your belongings. Our unit was broken into multiple times. If they aren’t able to break your locks they can break the hardware on the doors and gain entry that way. We should have left after the first time, but we’re having issues finding vacancies elsewhere and stupidly believed it was a rare occurrence.
