My experience has been great. My daughter needed a storage unit for the summer. The unit was a short distance from James River College, so it was very close and convenient for her. I was able to arrange for the unit long distance so that made it easy for me. Good communication, courteous staff when I needed to speak with somebody on the phone. I needed to downsize my unit, and they made it very easy to switch. Thank you.
Updated after initial 5 star review moving in. Had a horrendous experience. Signed up in December 2025. They raised price in May. Transferred into a smaller unit to offset price increase. Charged me administrative fee to transfer. Notice of a second massive price increase in July for August payment. I WAS IN NEW UNIT TWO MONTHS AND THEY RAISED PRICE ON ME A SECOND TIME. NO THANKS. First time increase, shame on you. Second time in two months.... Not gonna be shame on me. They also force you to buy their insurance. I don't nee... read more
I had an easy time getting my storage unit. It was all done online, and I had the unit the same day. Staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone.
I’ve used this storage company for 7 months. I recently stopped using the storage unit. The staff was awesome. While using the unit, everything was 5 stars… Until I got an email stating that my $62 monthly payment was going to $98 PLUS $15 for insurance. The new price was going into affect the following month. That’s a massive increase with limited notice. However, if you’re pleased with the pricing… you’ll be pleased with everything else. Again, staff is great and the unit was clean!
