I’ve used this storage company for 7 months. I recently stopped using the storage unit. The staff was awesome. While using the unit, everything was 5 stars… Until I got an email stating that my $62 monthly payment was going to $98 PLUS $15 for insurance. The new price was going into affect the following month. That’s a massive increase with limited notice. However, if you’re pleased with the pricing… you’ll be pleased with everything else. Again, staff is great and the unit was clean!

Absolutely not safe for your belongings. Our unit was broken into multiple times. If they aren’t able to break your locks they can break the hardware on the doors and gain entry that way. We should have left after the first time, but we’re having issues finding vacancies elsewhere and stupidly believed it was a rare occurrence.

I rented a unit online. The picture of all of their places showed a concrete floor, steel building storage unit. First red flag was not receiving a copy of my contract in my email. Then I had to call them because I thought I had rented at one location and wasn’t able to get in. I called for days, at different times and 3 different numbers I found online, it would ring and ring. They had a storage unit close to my home that was big enough to store my car in and anything else I wanted. The price was the best I could find in the area, buildings were available 24/7 and I kept my storage building clean when I moved out, I got my deposit back. That never happens.
