My experience has been great. My daughter needed a storage unit for the summer. The unit was a short distance from James River College, so it was very close and convenient for her. I was able to arrange for the unit long distance so that made it easy for me. Good communication, courteous staff when I needed to speak with somebody on the phone. I needed to downsize my unit, and they made it very easy to switch. Thank you.
I’ve used this storage company for 7 months. I recently stopped using the storage unit. The staff was awesome. While using the unit, everything was 5 stars… Until I got an email stating that my $62 monthly payment was going to $98 PLUS $15 for insurance. The new price was going into affect the following month. That’s a massive increase with limited notice. However, if you’re pleased with the pricing… you’ll be pleased with everything else. Again, staff is great and the unit was clean!
I had an easy time getting my storage unit. It was all done online, and I had the unit the same day. Staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone.
Well, the fact that I haven’t been there yet I’m sure I’m going to be satisfied because the people on the phone that talk to me were very nice! Thank you, and God bless you all
I have not been there yet, but looking at other people‘s post they are very satisfied and I’m sure I may give you the satisfaction of being satisfied again
