The sweet lady who works at the office and the closeness is the only good thing about this storage unit. The roof leaks horribly and floods about 50 square feet of the storage unit I rented and pay over $100 for, making this unit unusable. Now they’re increasing rent claiming increased costs to run it and I will no longer be renting with them because of the condition of the storage unit between the leaking and the bugs, it’s not cost effective. Mice in our storage unit and the surrounding ones. I called and they just laughed about it. Moving out immediately to find a cleaner better taken care of unit.
No open units at the downtown area, but I'm on the list.
