Staff is always helpful and friendly. Sarah is efficient, and knows this business well. She was very helpful in correcting a small issue I had, her correction improved my hearing. They deal with your insurance coverage, too. Definitely would go back here the next time their services are needed.
The staff is very well trained, only my left aid had to be sent out for repair. Look for an update in 10 to 14 days when I receive my hearing aid back. The great crew at USA made sure that it communicated to my phone. Back to both aids and hearing very clear, really missed the left aid.
I was recently on vacation when one of my hearing aids stopped working. Over the weekend, I left a voice message with the Hearing USA office I use, explaining that I was having a problem and would like to have the hearing aid looked at when I returned from vacation. The staff there is so wonderful, and very helpful .They took their time take you very comfortable, they took their time to show they care I have found me a hearing home for all, my hearing needs. I definitely will go back. It's feels wonderful to to be able to hear again They sincerely took their time to go over things with you .
