The evaluation was very thorough and the results were well explained. i was fitted with hearing aids and given excellent instructions on their use. I was scheduled for a follow up visit in two weeks. I was also given a number to text for any questions that might come up prior to my next appointment, which I did take advantage of when I experienced some difficulty. I received a very timely answer to my questions via text with an offer to stop in the office if I needed further help.

The whole staff at this facility is very friendly and extremely helpful! They took time to explain how to clean my hearing aids along with updated both them and my phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs hearing assistance.

I love this office! Sarah and her staff are awesome! It made such a difference in my life with my hearing aids they are attentive to my concerns and my changing needs based on my work environment. I have sent many people over to the office because it is so important!

They are very professional, and know the technology and devices. Tested my hearing and then preset the aids for what I needed. After I wore them, they fine tuned for my preference. Very friendly and they are less out off pocket than my insurance was even through their recommended test center. I will be going back there for all my questions and testing in the future.

I had a fun, yes fun, experience at HearUSA. The staff was friendly and very professional. They made the visit very relaxing while fitting me with the correct device. If you are in need of an aid, I would recommend them.
