Have been working with the HearUSA people in Mesa for 13 years now and have always found them super efficient to deal with. They really seem to care and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I had what I needed in terms of equipment and service. Real helpful people.
Staff is always helpful and friendly. Sarah is efficient, and knows this business well. She was very helpful in correcting a small issue I had, her correction improved my hearing. They deal with your insurance coverage, too. Definitely would go back here the next time their services are needed.
I was recently on vacation when one of my hearing aids stopped working. Over the weekend, I left a voice message with the Hearing USA office I use, explaining that I was having a problem and would like to have the hearing aid looked at when I returned from vacation. The staff there is so wonderful, and very helpful .They took their time take you very comfortable, they took their time to show they care I have found me a hearing home for all, my hearing needs. I definitely will go back. It's feels wonderful to to be able to hear again They sincerely took their time to go over things with you . I love this office! Sarah and her staff are awesome! It made such a difference in my life with my hearing aids they are attentive to my concerns and my changing needs based on my work environment. I have sent many people over to the office because it is so important!
