Staff is always helpful and friendly. Sarah is efficient, and knows this business well. She was very helpful in correcting a small issue I had, her correction improved my hearing. They deal with your insurance coverage, too. Definitely would go back here the next time their services are needed.
I was recently on vacation when one of my hearing aids stopped working. Over the weekend, I left a voice message with the Hearing USA office I use, explaining that I was having a problem and would like to have the hearing aid looked at when I returned from vacation. The staff there is so wonderful, and very helpful .They took their time take you very comfortable, they took their time to show they care I have found me a hearing home for all, my hearing needs. I definitely will go back. It's feels wonderful to to be able to hear again They sincerely took their time to go over things with you . HearUSA was suggested by my insurance company and I will highly recommend them. It was very easy to make an appointment and I really appreciate any company that makes it possible to fill out any needed paperwork online. All three of the office staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
HearUSA in Mesa is really a great place for my hearing needs. One of my aids was silent. I dropped in and was immediately taken care of. They took my aids, made sure they were clean and brought them back to me working great. They did not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing that a dirty filter will make it stop working. I appreciate their quickness and their courtesy.
