My visit was great, Brett Lukov provided the paperwork that need to be filled out prior to my appointment via email. My appointment had no waiting time and the hearing test was very relaxing, Amelia Hunt was the hearing care specialist and was very professional and provided the necessary paperwork to file an L&I claim. I look forward to working with this team in Mount Vernon to order and get fitted with hearing aids when the time comes.
My experience with Hear USA was excellent. The entire hearing aid process was simple and straightforward, and they worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything much easier. The doctor was extremely helpful and informative, clearly explaining my test results and walking me through the available options. Very inconsistent service. Was fitted with an incorrect size hearing aid. Lots of stress and many visits there and to audiologists. I still have hearing aids I can’t use. Don’t recommend.
