My experience with Hear USA was excellent. The entire hearing aid process was simple and straightforward, and they worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything much easier. The doctor was extremely helpful and informative, clearly explaining my test results and walking me through the available options. My visit was great, Brett Lukov provided the paperwork that need to be filled out prior to my appointment via email. My appointment had no waiting time and the hearing test was very relaxing, Amelia Hunt was the hearing care specialist and was very professional and provided the necessary paperwork to file an L&I claim. I look forward to working with this team in Mount Vernon to order and get fitted with hearing aids when the time comes.
Very inconsistent service. Was fitted with an incorrect size hearing aid. Lots of stress and many visits there and to audiologists. I still have hearing aids I can’t use. Don’t recommend.
Went into a HearUSA because my insurance covers quite a bit for hearing aids. Ashley was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I did the hearing test and we went over the results. Have not decided if I am going to get them or not. Not sure I would really use them :):). They are not high pressure or aggressive. I had a very pleasant experience.
The whole experience was positive. Ashley was an excellent listener and answered all my questions with clarity and knowledge. I came with a knowledge base since I had been a speech & hearing therapist. She was personable and friendly yet professional. The hearing aids are amazing!!! I am just now learning how to manage the technology.
