Went into a HearUSA because my insurance covers quite a bit for hearing aids. Ashley was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I did the hearing test and we went over the results. Have not decided if I am going to get them or not. Not sure I would really use them :):). They are not high pressure or aggressive. I had a very pleasant experience.
Brett and Linda were a pleasure to work with. They were patient, empathetic and professional. Absolutely no issues as of yet with my new hearing aids.
Helpful friendly people who know all about hearing aids. They will help with any concern no matter how big or small. I highly recommend Hear USA.
The whole experience was positive. Ashley was an excellent listener and answered all my questions with clarity and knowledge. I came with a knowledge base since I had been a speech & hearing therapist. She was personable and friendly yet professional. The hearing aids are amazing!!! I am just now learning how to manage the technology.
Finally very happy to get hearing aids replaced under warranty. It took a bit, but in the end they 100% delivered.
