Brett and Linda were a pleasure to work with. They were patient, empathetic and professional. Absolutely no issues as of yet with my new hearing aids.
It was nice to finally have 2 hearing aids instead of just the one. The adjustments were made to pair them up and make sure they could connect through bluetooth. I am still getting used to having 2 and the software interaction.
The whole experience was positive. Ashley was an excellent listener and answered all my questions with clarity and knowledge. I came with a knowledge base since I had been a speech & hearing therapist. She was personable and friendly yet professional. The hearing aids are amazing!!! I am just now learning how to manage the technology.
My experience at HearUSA was positive. The staff was great - warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The exam did not take very long and the results were immediate. In one week's time, I will have new hearing aids!
Very positive experience. The team in Mount Vernon, WA helped me set up my hearing aids for comfortable and effective use. I purchased the devices 2 years back and didn’t wear them as they were uncomfortable and had a harsh, annoying sound. In less than an hour new comfortable ear pieces were fitted then they adjusted the volume, tone and counseled me on proper use of the Bluetooth app. Perfection. Finally I have the needed tool that works for me. A big thank you to the team!
