My experience with Hear USA was excellent. The entire hearing aid process was simple and straightforward, and they worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything much easier. The doctor was extremely helpful and informative, clearly explaining my test results and walking me through the available options. Very inconsistent service. Was fitted with an incorrect size hearing aid. Lots of stress and many visits there and to audiologists. I still have hearing aids I can’t use. Don’t recommend.
Went into a HearUSA because my insurance covers quite a bit for hearing aids. Ashley was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I did the hearing test and we went over the results. Have not decided if I am going to get them or not. Not sure I would really use them :):). They are not high pressure or aggressive. I had a very pleasant experience.
The whole experience was positive. Ashley was an excellent listener and answered all my questions with clarity and knowledge. I came with a knowledge base since I had been a speech & hearing therapist. She was personable and friendly yet professional. The hearing aids are amazing!!! I am just now learning how to manage the technology.
My experience at HearUSA was positive. The staff was great - warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The exam did not take very long and the results were immediate. In one week's time, I will have new hearing aids!
