I had an incredible experience at HearUSA on Orange Grove. While I can't say that HearUSA's testing technology is different or unique since I have limited experience, I can tell you that they have something special you won't find elsewhere--Hearing Aid Dispenser, Teresa Schlage. Teresa is a knowledgeable, skilled, empathetic professional, who immediately put me at ease, explained every facet of the test procedure, and clearly explained the results. Theresa is fabulous!!! She heard our concerns, and compassionately administered her professional skills to my husband’s unique hearing needs. We highly recommend her to all who have any concerns with their hearing.
Teresa is amazing, always welcomes you with a smile. She goes out and beyond traditional ways to help her patients. I hope Premier Hearing take good care of Teresa as she is an idol in customer service
The facility felt welcoming (with excellent Covid protocols). The receptionist made me feel very comfortable as soon as I entered. Teresa Schlage, HIS, was outstanding; I have worked in healthcare my whole professional life, and I would give her more than 5 stars if that was an option. She communicates extremely well, and the exam was truly comprehensive. If I ever needed a hearing product I would not hesitate to return to this Center and practitioner.
