Hard to imagine a more professional, informative and pleasant experience in purchasing hearing aids. They worked with my insurance to save me thousands of dollars affording my the opportunity to buy the top of the line. Teresa is a true pro and I felt most comfortable learning the ins and outs of my new ears with her.
Teresa provides such caring and targeted care. She takes the time to make sure that your needs are met. She doesn't just sell you some hearing aids and send you on your way. I am so fortunate to have found her. Not surprisingly, I was recommended to her by a friend who thought highly of her - for good reason!
Took my father here for hearing aids. He is so impressed by the quality of service provided as well as the competence of Teresa in helping him get adjusted to his hearing aids. Highly recommend.
My visit today was a very negative visit. Your front desk person is very loud and does not listen and interrupt you when talking and I’m concerned about that because I came in there for a specific reason and did not feel that I was helped. We will go ahead and find another Hearing location based on the experience as we keep having adhere USA.
Very helpful. No longer experiencing pain in right ear canal. Yet to establish whether or not the streaming device will work with my tv and hearing aids.; maybe this week.
