So glad Hear USA was recommended to me. Audiologist, Theresa, is wonderful. She did such a thorough hearing exam, explaining everything fully. She showed me my options in buying my aids with no pressure. They were totally my choice. After receiving the hearing aids it's great to know that I can drop in anytime if I need any help with them such as cleaning. Hear USA is definitely a business with the customer's needs placed first.
My recent sudden and total loss of hearing in my left ear impacted my life in ways it’s hard to imagine. The staff and the audiologist are very knowledgeable and well experienced in their field. My audio test was thorough and precise. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional company that provides excellent service and quality hearing aids for a reasonable price.
So far two visits. I was made to feel very comfortable. Doctor was very good at explaining how the hearing aids work and what to expect the first couple of weeks wearing them. Set up my third appointment and had to change it to a later time. Not a problem.
