We are very pleased with this facility. Teresa is so thorough and explains things to where we understand. Gwen is so friendly and accommodated us when we were running late. We will definitely recommend them.
Hard to imagine a more professional, informative and pleasant experience in purchasing hearing aids. They worked with my insurance to save me thousands of dollars affording my the opportunity to buy the top of the line. Teresa is a true pro and I felt most comfortable learning the ins and outs of my new ears with her.
Teresa provides such caring and targeted care. She takes the time to make sure that your needs are met. She doesn't just sell you some hearing aids and send you on your way. I am so fortunate to have found her. Not surprisingly, I was recommended to her by a friend who thought highly of her - for good reason!
Great place, really good service. No wait during walk in hours for service/cleaning my hearing aids. Very reasonably priced after first year of free service!
The woman that helped me when I arrived was quite polite and checked me in quickly and the lady that tested my hearing was very nice and it didn't take long I was impressed with the company and I would send anybody that was in need of hearing aids
