I brought one of my hearing aids in to be checked, it had quit working a while ago. They replaced the speaker and cleaned both. I was out of there in 15 minutes with both working flawlessly. Pricing for the repair was more than fair. Thank you for the excellent service.
We are very pleased with this facility. Teresa is so thorough and explains things to where we understand. Gwen is so friendly and accommodated us when we were running late. We will definitely recommend them.
Hard to imagine a more professional, informative and pleasant experience in purchasing hearing aids. They worked with my insurance to save me thousands of dollars affording my the opportunity to buy the top of the line. Teresa is a true pro and I felt most comfortable learning the ins and outs of my new ears with her.
Teresa provides such caring and targeted care. She takes the time to make sure that your needs are met. She doesn't just sell you some hearing aids and send you on your way. I had a little problem with connecting my hearing aids to my phone. I did a walk in and it was corrected in less than 5 minutes. This office provides the best customer service.
