On Monday Aug. 18th I went as a walk in to Hear USA ( Orange Grove) The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant. She checked my hearing aids and quickly scheduled an appt. I was given paperwork to take home and to be brought back on the day of my appt. Looking forward to my appt. in Sept. The facility was extremely clean and very welcoming. Thank you
I brought one of my hearing aids in to be checked, it had quit working a while ago. They replaced the speaker and cleaned both. I was out of there in 15 minutes with both working flawlessly. Pricing for the repair was more than fair. Thank you for the excellent service.
We are very pleased with this facility. Teresa is so thorough and explains things to where we understand. Gwen is so friendly and accommodated us when we were running late. We will definitely recommend them.
