Dr Schlage is always very professional, patient and knowledgeable when my Daughter has an appointment. My daughter has Down Syndrome but is treated with so much respect and patience. We are fortunate to have been referred to Dr Schlage for Hearing Aides. And we can’t forget to mention the sweet lady at the front desk who takes care of phones, appointments and cleaning hearing aides; always smiling and happy to help us as well! P.S. We had the last appointment on a Friday and were able to chat about the ‘Weather’… so fun 🤩
Teresa is great! She understands the frustration of hearing loss issues and helps you to resolve as many of those issues as possible. She is personable and caring. Also she is not afraid to tell it like it is. I personally like how she brings her knowledge, job experience and personal experience to provide an all around caring and professional her appointment for her patients. Thanks Teresa! 😸
Teresa is great. Knowledgeable, engaging, and compassionate. I had been having trouble with my hearing aids and she got them cleaned up and adjusted quickly. After her adjustments, they are working better than ever! Glad I went in there.
Excellent service. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Teresa took time to help me with making the right choice for hearing aids. She even went so far as to fix my old hearing aids!! I look forward to my new upgraded hearing aids. Thank you. HEAR USA.
Teresa is the best! On my 2nd set of devices in 5 years. Always able to get things done tuned. Just needed an upgrade.
