Very unprofessional conduct on the part of a woman described on the website as a "hearing aid dispenser." We were 15 minutes late (called to notify.) When we arrived, we offered immediately to reschedule, but the nice young lady at the reception desk said there would be no need to reschedule. After we got checked in, the "dispenser" commented how late it was. Again, we offered to reschedule. No need said the girl at the reception desk. Teresa is great. Knowledgeable, engaging, and compassionate. I had been having trouble with my hearing aids and she got them cleaned up and adjusted quickly. After her adjustments, they are working better than ever! Glad I went in there.
Excellent service. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Teresa took time to help me with making the right choice for hearing aids. She even went so far as to fix my old hearing aids!! I look forward to my new upgraded hearing aids. Thank you. HEAR USA.
Dr Schlage is always very professional, patient and knowledgeable when my Daughter has an appointment. My daughter has Down Syndrome but is treated with so much respect and patience. We are fortunate to have been referred to Dr Schlage for Hearing Aides. And we can’t forget to mention the sweet lady at the front desk who takes care of phones, appointments and cleaning hearing aides; always smiling and happy to help us as well! P.S. We had the last appointment on a Friday and were able to chat about the ‘Weather’… so fun 🤩
