Excellent, prompt and professional service! Received my hearing aids on time but after wearing them, I found there was a problem with how the ear piece fit. Jennifer, who is an audiologist, took care of the issue quickly, and fixed the problem. Jennifer is excellent in all areas concerning hearing health and hearing aids. Her expertise shows, and she is more than willing to assist with hearing issues and guide you through the process to hearing health. Thank you Jennifer!
I called in one morning to report one hearing aid wasn't working. Ms. Jozwiak immediately found an opening for me that day and when I arrived immediately and cheerfully started work on repairing. In just a few minutes she had t he aid working. Then she gave me a tutorial on the connection between the hearing aids and my phone and answered my questions. Then we chatted about the World Cup. I could not have had a better experience.
