I found Tru Hearing- located in Philadelphia, 1930 S Broad St to be an excellent place to purchase hearing aids. I purchased a set of Oticon Intent - top model and love them. Great natural sound and great app to control different environments. Most importantly, Jennifer, the audiologist is wonderful. Very dedicated to her profession and very caring towards her patients. Jennifer spent a lot of time explaining how I could better use my hearing aids. She provided information to help me connect my hearing aids to my cell phone. She was informative and caring.
I lost my single hearing aid. Hear USA in Phila was perfect. The appt arranging and the tech that worked with me were fabulous.
