While I appreciate my hearing aids and the service provided to maintain or even repair them, I've experienced some frustrations at Hear USA. The young receptionist always seems condescending and impatient. She is reluctant to look up or provide information over the phone. She has grabbed my phone out of my hands and taken it out of my sight to make an app adjustment, rather than show me how to make the change. I could give more examples. Dr. Chandra is awesome to work with. She took the time to be extremely thorough and I left feeling a lot better about my hearing loss than I have for years. Highly recommend.
I recently went into Hearing USA for a hearing test with the goal of getting new hearing aids. Everything went smoothly and communications with office have been great. Dr. Chandra Maas helped me pick out new hearing aids, getting me a better deal than I anticipated.
Went and saw Chandra, she gave me a hearing test and told me exactly what was going to happen asked if I had any questions. Then went over the test results and talked to me about the different kinds of hearing aids and which one was better for me and told me why! Highly recommend her!
After being told by a different audiologist that I needed hearing aids, I made an appointment with HearUSA. After looking at the results of my audiogram, Chandra explained that I do not need hearing aids at this time. I so appreciated her honesty, and her thorough explanation of my hearing test results. I highly recommend Chandra to anyone who feels the need to check the status of their hearing, knowing that she will only encourage you to purchase a device if it is truly to your benefit.
