Highly recommended! Bought rechargeable, Signia Hearing Aids for our elderly relatives (now, 91 & 93) from Dr. Chandra Maas at Hear USA in Ft Collins. She was excellent with them. So was her staff. Worst experience. Audiologist has zero personality! They are a complete ripoff. Try to sell you a maintenance program that is a scam and if you don't sign up for the "plan" then she rips you off by charging you $100 - $100 ! to have your hearing aids cleaned. I immediately changed audiologist and the new practice only charges $30 to clean your devices and couldn't believe Hearusa could charge such an exorbitant cost. Find another audiologist and save yourself alot of $$$ and headache!

Hear USA Fort Collins CO made me make an appointment to replace "o" ring that holds the wax trap. I called on a Friday afternoon and the "receptionist" said I have to wait until Monday. Other hearing aid businesses allowed walk-ins for a 5 minute repair.
