I take my mom to the HearUSA office on Woodruff in Long Beach CA. I love the whole staff; excellent service. Holden is far superior to our last experience at a different hearing aid center. He presented options for her to consider. When we had trouble with her new hearing aid, Holden was quick to devise a solution. Can't say enough about them.
My trial period was very helpful to determine my real needs and Holden was there for me to make my fitting right. I liked the fixing of my problem before it worsen! Than you! Please, don't yell at me! I'll hear you fine!
The service was excellant and personnel very friendly. Enjoyed my time there. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was getting a timely return appt when I had to reschedule. Very busy place but I get do everything they can to be accommodating
I had appointments at the Lakewood, CA, Hear USA, and had the best customer service both times. Kate, the receptionist, was friendly and efficient. Holden, my hearing aid specialist, was extremely knowledgable. He was very receptive and understood my concerns. I will go back for future needs and I hghly recommend them.
When I arrived at the Lakewood Hear USA office for my appointment I was helped immediately. Holden came out to meet me and cordially assisted me with my new hearing aids which I began to wear 2 weeks ago. He asked how they were working out for me and professionally assisted me with some problems I was having.
