Great experience. First time experience for hearing aids. Receptionist Christine couldn’t have been any nicer. Our Tech Holden was very friendly, funny and really knowledgeable about hearing aids and what fit me the best. We are looking forward to picking up and fitting my new devices in less than a week. Very quick. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Sincerely The Whites.

Holden, hearing tech specialist, was very professional in his thoroughness to treat my hearing problem. We ended up with hearing aids that immediately improved greatly. Also very comfortable. Can't wait to see him again for follow up. I recommend him at HEAR USA currently in Lakewood, Ca.

My visit on Friday the 13th of Feb. was such a wonderful experience, the people there were very accommodating especially Mr Hudson,who gave me the hearing test,a very thoughtful individual and certainly know his way with people!

We walked in w/out an appointment. Staff was welcoming. Although helping someone else, acknowledged our arrival. They helped us ASAP, and with smiles. Excellent service.

Holden was very friendly and professional. He talked to us like a friend that we had known forever! We just met him! He went over every detail of the hearing aids, made sure I understood and that I didn't have any more questions.
