I was having issues with the blue tooth connection so I brought my hearing aids in to have the team check them out. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes and I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service!
Thank you for so quickly coming to my rescue! I was at my doctor’s appointment when I realized I couldn’t hear what he was saying in my left ear. Once I got home, I called you to see if you could check my left ear hearing aid. That afternoon I walked over to your office and only waited for a 30 minutes and it was fixed and working perfectly.
