Just went in to get the tips changed on my hearing aids. The receptionist took them back to Valerie right away and she changed them for me. Hardly any waiting been happy so far with them.!!
The Woodruff store has the best customer service. You will be greeted and helped with all the respect that customers should receive. The staff is very knowledgeable and you will be provided with the most current equipment available, even hearing aids that you can connect to your smart phones! You'll be more then satisfied with the service.

I got my first hearing aids set from HearUSA woodruff store. Valerine enthusiastically taught me how to use the new device and all other details. The service and experience was great. I am still new to this prescribed tool, cannot say too much about the new device yet. Maybe I can make further comments after a certain period of use.
First time to get hearing aids. Easy to get an appointment. Holden, the technician is wonderful and explained the whole process very clearly. Left with hearing aids and LOVE them. Should have done it years ago. Thanks Holden!
