I love Jennifer. Been coming to her for several years!! She is really the best personable, kind and always a pleasure. Would recommend her to any and everyone. I am sad and disappointed that the office might not be taking my insurance in 2026. I am hoping that this will not be the case!!
I enjoy my visits at the Hear USA clinic. I feel welcome and valued. Dr. Jennifer Clarke is very knowledgeable and professional, and she is also very personable. I trust her to provide expert advice and to take good care of my hearing needs.
I came in to get my current hearing aid’s batteries replaced and Jennifer was so easy and pleasant to work with. She provided the estimate cost and provided a spare pair of for me to use.
I was very pleased with my appointment. They were very professional and very thorough and answering all my questions, and best of all, they did not pressure me to try to buy a new set of hearing AIDS. They recalculated mine and let me know they're not that bad. But in the future, if something would happen to my set, it would be to my advantage to go ahead, get a new set because mine aren't even made anymore, or that model that is.. So I have already decided I will probably be doing my yearly hearing tests or any other needs.... read more
I am very happy with Hear USA. I have been working with them to get hearing aids for my aunt. She started out with the over the ear type but because of having dementia, she was having a hard time putting them in her ears. Jennifer has been very understanding, and now we have ordered the ones that are formed and go inside the ear. We look forward to them coming in so my aunt can try them out. Everyone at the Westminster, Co office is very friendly and professional!
