It is the first time that I have been here. I appreciate communication and transparency, honestly I initially was nervous because I just wanted a hearing test and it felt like they were pushing hearing aids too much before I even entered the office. Dr. Clarke and Susie are a great team. They are very professional and caring. Dr. Clarke always answers my questions and concerns in a manner that is easy to understand. She knows the technologies very well and is patient with teaching. Susie is timely in contacting and scheduling. I feel well cared for!
I love Jennifer. Been coming to her for several years!! She is really the best personable, kind and always a pleasure. Would recommend her to any and everyone. I am sad and disappointed that the office might not be taking my insurance in 2026. I am hoping that this will not be the case!!
Getting hearing aids can be a stressful experience and when the product is substandard it adds to the stress. After communicating an issue with programming and several appointments later, I am stuck with aids that are mediocre at best. Maybe this is a training opportunity. My expectation is that the audiologist would either have the training to troubleshoot why a program is not running properly or would have back-up support to correct a programming issue.
