I was very pleased with my appointment. They were very professional and very thorough and answering all my questions, and best of all, they did not pressure me to try to buy a new set of hearing AIDS. They recalculated mine and let me know they're not that bad. But in the future, if something would happen to my set, it would be to my advantage to go ahead, get a new set because mine aren't even made anymore, or that model that is.. So I have already decided I will probably be doing my yearly hearing tests or any other needs.... read more
I am very happy with Hear USA. I have been working with them to get hearing aids for my aunt. She started out with the over the ear type but because of having dementia, she was having a hard time putting them in her ears. Jennifer has been very understanding, and now we have ordered the ones that are formed and go inside the ear. We look forward to them coming in so my aunt can try them out. Everyone at the Westminster, Co office is very friendly and professional!
My dr. Was very good. She was very helpful with me. I had never had hearing aids befor . She answer all my questions and explain the difference of hearing that was available. If I can get hearing aids at some time I would go to her.
Jennifer Clarke, the Audiologist, is very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband had hearing aids from several years ago that he never wore. He's been wearing the hearing aids Jennifer identified as right for him, and loves them. I love mine, too. Susie, her assistant, is very helpful. Nice office, highly recommend HearUSA in Westminster.
