Dr. Clarke and Susie are a great team. They are very professional and caring. Dr. Clarke always answers my questions and concerns in a manner that is easy to understand. She knows the technologies very well and is patient with teaching. Susie is timely in contacting and scheduling. I feel well cared for!
Excellent, 5 star experience! Jennifer is the very best! She is efficient, detailed and a delight to work with. She has been my Audiologist for almost 10 years and has always given me the care my poor hearing needs! Thank you HearUSA for choosing the very top Audiologist for the Westminster office!! Jennifer is the best audiologist I have ever been to. She is very professional and knows exactly what I needed with my hearing aids. My last ones were always uncomfortable. She fitted me with ones, where I forget I have them on. What a life saver She is. I am so thankful I found her.
Everything was great. Jennifer took care of all the issues I came in for, including wax removal. She is very professional and lovely to work with.
I love Jennifer. Been coming to her for several years!! She is really the best personable, kind and always a pleasure. Would recommend her to any and everyone. I am sad and disappointed that the office might not be taking my insurance in 2026. I am hoping that this will not be the case!!
