Excellent, 5 star experience! Jennifer is the very best! She is efficient, detailed and a delight to work with. She has been my Audiologist for almost 10 years and has always given me the care my poor hearing needs! Thank you HearUSA for choosing the very top Audiologist for the Westminster office!! I won't go anywhere else.
Jennifer is the best audiologist I have ever been to. She is very professional and knows exactly what I needed with my hearing aids. My last ones were always uncomfortable. She fitted me with ones, where I forget I have them on. What a life saver She is. I am so thankful I found her.
Getting hearing aids can be a stressful experience and when the product is substandard it adds to the stress. After communicating an issue with programming and several appointments later, I am stuck with aids that are mediocre at best. Maybe this is a training opportunity. My expectation is that the audiologist would either have the training to troubleshoot why a program is not running properly or would have back-up support to correct a programming issue.
I love Jennifer. Been coming to her for several years!! She is really the best personable, kind and always a pleasure. Would recommend her to any and everyone. I am sad and disappointed that the office might not be taking my insurance in 2026. I am hoping that this will not be the case!!
I enjoy my visits at the Hear USA clinic. I feel welcome and valued. Dr. Jennifer Clarke is very knowledgeable and professional, and she is also very personable. I trust her to provide expert advice and to take good care of my hearing needs.
