Anybody want to buy a used pair of expensive and useless ear decorations? I only wish these devices worked anything like Hear USA's ads claim. .They are supposed to help to discriminate conversations in noisy environments but all they do is amplify the volume of all the surrounding environmental noise to the point of annoyance. And.that causes me to simply remove the offending hearing aids and put them in my pocket. . HearUSA is great! One of my hearing aids was not working. When I went to my cleaning appointment, the technician had it working in just a few minutes as well as thoroughly cleaning the hearing aids. The staff people are super nice! I highly recommend this place.
I have been visiting Hear USA for a very long time. I am very happy with the services. Staff is very knowledgeable,friendly, and understanding. I will recommend using their services.
Great facilities. They helped me clean my hearing aides prior to a month long trip. Also gave me info of locations across the country where I can get aide also. Super helpful and friendly.
My last visit experience was that if they had explained it properly from the beginning, I wouldn’t have had twice. I did not think the app was the problem. I expected the same service with adjusting some hearing on both side with computer. But when get there I felt like she ordered take hearing aids on the table without any friendly explaining.
