This place is Very friendly and accommodating. I'm not easy to please, so for me to like a place is a compliment. I don't usually do reviews, but having been to a few BAD places, I want to express my thanks for how well I've been treated at the Silverlake Hearing USA. You guys are the best, thanks.
It was a great experience. We went thru some issues concerning my hearing and hearing aid. The person did check the hearing aid, cleaned them and adjusted them to better fit my hearing capability. He also explained me few things and I was happy about it. I also got an appointment the same day, I stopped by and tried to get an appointment. So thank you all for taking care of my ears. Do not go to this office. William J Dodd is the office manager. Bertha works at the front desk. On 1/22/2024, My mother and I went to the office and had a horrible experience. I will not dive into the experience as it has all been reported to the corporate office already. On 5/28/2024, my mother returned to a different location out of a desperate need for hearing aids. I wasn't excited by the hearing tests, I was subject to. I hope the computer is fixed, next time I visit your office. I do enjoy my new hearing aids and I love the fact that I can isolate sounds and just hear what is in front of me. Leaf blowers be gone! I will be enjoying using my cell phone to program my hearing aids instead of stick with buttons that feels like a mystery. Thanks!
Hear USA in Silverlake called me to make sure that I was doing well because they hadn't heard from me in a while. I went in and had my hearing aids serviced. Incredibly nice people and very professional.
