I stopped in the Hear USA office without an appointment. The front office staff answered my questions and immediately took my hearing aids to the backroom workspace and returned 10 minutes later after cleaning the wax blocking the receivers. Both devices were the fully operational and they gave me a new brush to keep them clean. Amazing kind and complete service! I'm so lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
In terms of the service I received it’s been excellent, there’s no there’s no waiting, they are always helpful and answer all my questions Which is important for an 82-year-old man. If I were grading them on their service from 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest, I would give them a 15

The staff at Hear USA is excellent! My audiologist Anna was very knowledgeable and informative. She took her time educating me on my particular hearing loss, and thus which hearing aids would be best fit my needs. The entire process was effective and efficient.
