Amazing, kind, professional, tireless are just some of the words I would use to describe the crew at the HearUSA on Griffith Park Blvd in Los Angeles. From Stephanie and Bertha at the front desk to Will, the audiologist, every member of the team was a delight to interact with. The staff was incredibly helpful, informative, and attentive. My grandfather's needs and care were taken into great consideration, and we were presented with all of his options without pressure to commit to anything. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of auditory health.
I am very pleased with my visits to HearUSA. At my last visit, on July 29, 2024, I was taken by the professional immediately as I walked through the door -- no waiting. Then she meticulously explained the answers to my questions on operating the hearing aid, and I wore the hearing aids as I left the office and didn't take them off until later that night. I feel comfortable to adjust the hearing aids to my satisfaction. Wonderful NICE service!
Anna Marie in the Silverlake office is very knowledgeable and thorough. She has an excellent memory. All the staff at this location are outstanding, including front desk person Bertha. I feel remembered by them all at my visits.
