The staff at Hear USA is excellent! My audiologist Anna was very knowledgeable and informative. She took her time educating me on my particular hearing loss, and thus which hearing aids would be best fit my needs. The entire process was effective and efficient.
Came for my 4 month maintenance. Short wait for my appointment. Great service, the software was updated, everything was cleaned and examined and within 30 minutes I left with everything working better than ever. I'm always pleased with my experience at HearUSA LosFeliz.
The service is good, however the price is really high. I think its a rip off. Have you folks check with Costco ? Even with insurance discount ($2000) the out of pocket is still $4500.
The services which l got from this company is excellent! The company is highly recommendable! The staff exerted professionalism in everything which they did to me. I’m enjoying my hearing aid perfectly.
It was a wonderful experience they answered all my questions and where very understanding of my needs, i would recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues. I love my new hearing aids.
