I stopped in the Hear USA office without an appointment. The front office staff answered my questions and immediately took my hearing aids to the backroom workspace and returned 10 minutes later after cleaning the wax blocking the receivers. Both devices were the fully operational and they gave me a new brush to keep them clean. Amazing kind and complete service! I'm so lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
The staff at Hear USA is excellent! My audiologist Anna was very knowledgeable and informative. She took her time educating me on my particular hearing loss, and thus which hearing aids would be best fit my needs. The entire process was effective and efficient.
Will was GREAT—very clear, informative, and really knows what he’s doing. He also took lots of time with me and explained everything. He was in no rush to sell me anything and really inspired my trust.
The service is good, however the price is really high. I think its a rip off. Have you folks check with Costco ? Even with insurance discount ($2000) the out of pocket is still $4500.
Anybody want to buy a used pair of expensive and useless ear decorations? I only wish these devices worked anything like Hear USA's ads claim. .They are supposed to help to discriminate conversations in noisy environments but all they do is amplify the volume of all the surrounding environmental noise to the point of annoyance. And.that causes me to simply remove the offending hearing aids and put them in my pocket. .
