I had a great experience. The appointment was easy to make, on time, quick, and professional. Daniel helped me select hearing aids, fitted them, and programmed them all within an hour. I left with better hearing than when I arrived.
Everyone at the Griffith Park location is so friendly and helpful. Two of my family members have gotten hearing aids there and the service is top notch. Special thanks to Daniel for his kind patience with my 89 year old mother-in-law. 10/10 recommend!

It was only here that I was able to obtain the exact make and model of hearing aids I wanted. My practitioner, Daniel Gomez, gave me all the time and attention I needed, answered all of my questions and used Real Ear Measurement to adjust my hearing aids to my exact needs. I enthusiastically recommend HearUSA at 2654 Griffith Park Blvd. in Los Angeles.
Although I am disappointed in the effectiveness of my hearing aids, my experience with HearUSA has been great. It is easy to make an appointment. They are always polite and helpful. Most importantly, I got great and thorough answers to my questions and explanations of what works and what doesn't work.
