The staff at Hear USA is excellent! My audiologist Anna was very knowledgeable and informative. She took her time educating me on my particular hearing loss, and thus which hearing aids would be best fit my needs. The entire process was effective and efficient.
Came for my 4 month maintenance. Short wait for my appointment. Great service, the software was updated, everything was cleaned and examined and within 30 minutes I left with everything working better than ever. I'm always pleased with my experience at HearUSA LosFeliz.
Had a very bad experience at this establishment. My dad has been coming to this office for his hearing aids for over two years. Everything was normal, that is until the staff (Bertha) Technician and Stephanie (Receptionist) stepped from behind their desk and started shouting at my dad after he asked her a simple question. I though that was their job to be attentive towards their patients but I guess not. Instead she shouted that "she was very busy and to not ask her any questions". I had a problem with my system—not having option to switch from Universal to Noisy Environment to TV setting. Problem was resolved within minutes of my appointment. Thank you so much for your friendly and efficient service.
Hear USA has been responsive and effective with handling my hearing aids. I was able to get them cleaned by an assistant who took them there for me without a reservation. The hearing aids are quite effective and fit very well, in addition to being unobtrusive.
