Ed Savinon at Hear USA is truly a professional. Very thorough Hearing test. Explained everything he was going to do in great detail. .Explained what hearing aids were available and the difference between them as far as price and Features and didn't try to influence your decision in any way. Felt that I had the best hearing test available anywhere. Would highly recommend Ed and Hear USA.
UPDATE!!!! I used to highly recommend this place, My husband got hearing aids here!! You can't even see them, Ed was so helpful and spends a lot of time with you!! My husband has bought 4 pairs of hearing aids there, He went for an adjustment for his newest pair and while he was there he asked Ed to make his other ones (that he got a little over a year ago 3 months ago) to make it a little louder which would have taken all but not even 5 minutes, His response was that'll be $65.00!! Appointments are easy to get and everyone there is very professional attentive. Stopped in yesterday to have my mother’s hearing aids adjusted and there’s a new person at the desk and she was fabulous.
Ed Savinon is a superior professional with honed skills in communicating with people for whom operating hearing aids may be a new experience. I am not new to hearing aids and have worked with many providers. Ed stands out as the best.
