Went there to take my father he turned out he needed hearing aids. Well I cannot say how wonderful they are how they greet you how they explain everything all the test is just amazing the person there thank you for everything. My dad was happy. He was able to hear without us yelling words out, so he can understand, thank you for everything. I just love it. Love that he’s happy and love that they were able to find within his price range for his hearing needs thank you very much.
Ed was very knowledgeable and pleasant, He took his time and explained each step as we went through them. He never forced the hearing aids on me but explained which ones would work best for me. Would certainly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Ruth
The whole experience was wonderful, at the least, very, very good. Ed was professional, patient while listening to my questions, and answered in terms I could understand. Because the hearing tests determined that I am not eligible for having my hearing aids covered under Medicare, Ed still continued with the consultation. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
Service was excellent. My first pair of hearing aids were old and not holding a charge so I called HearUSA and they replaced my aids at a very reasonable cost within a few days. Problem solved. They were kind and caring throughout. All in all a great experience.
I always have a good experience here. Ed Savinon is great to have as a teacher, he’s very good at it and explains everything thoroughly. Justin runs the front desk very well - He’s courteous and friendly. I’m very pleased with HearUsa.
