I went for my annual hearing test. Michelle was the AS on duty. She was awesome! Her patience and thoroughness were outstanding! Never felt rushed or hurried. The exam was very thorough. My options were explained to me but no pressure applied! Outstanding!
Ed at the Boynton Beach, FL location is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the product. More importantly, he values his customers on an individual basis. I have been a patient of the HearUSA, Boynton Beach, FL location for at least four years. Edward is very thorough and helpful if I have a problem or question. Makenna, who is the front desk person is very friendly and efficient. The only problem I have is with your automated phone system when I call the office. It is difficult to get to a person.
