I just started going to HearUSA in Delray Beach and was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their desire to work with me to make sure I get the best hearing aids for myself. It was an easy process to get an appointment and any follow-up appointments to fit my schedule.
My first time visit was wonderful! Service, respectful, kindness, very knowledgeable! Allison explained everything to me, she is very sweet and helpful! My aids fit beautiful, I don’t even realize I’m wearing them! Barbara, receptionist was fantabulous! Allison called me to make sure all is well! With much gratitude, Barbara
I just bought my 2nd pair of hearing aids and have had nothing but Excellent experiences. Barbara greets you and is always very helpful with checking aids changing nubs or handling paperwork. The audiologist Allison is always professional, knowledgeable, and happy to accommodate her patient in any way she can. They carry primarily Signia Hearing Aids but can get you others to try out if you wish…as I did. I would definitely recommend HEAR USA in Oriole Shopping Center, Delray.
Allison is a fantastic audiologist and very personal and knowledgeable. Also, Barbara in front of office is caring and very nice. I recommend them both very highly.
Outstanding professional operation. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Very respectful of my time. Answered all my questions regarding the different options Felt comfortable, and glad I chose HearUSA!
