Dorie Grizzard visited and was seen by Charlie. He was great! Took the time to answer all my questions. Performed a hearing test to get me the right volume. Explained and went over the options and explained the different hearing aids available as well as prices. Narrowed the options down to get me the right one and the best price! He was great!
I find all the people in HEAR USA, Delray Beach, FL facility from the receptionist to the audiologists wonderful. They are pleasant, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. If i should have a question or problem with my new hearing aids I just call for an appointment or walk in and I am seen quickly. I’m very happy dealing with such people who seem to love what they are doing.
I needed warranty work on my hearing aids. Hear usa didn’t take my insurance. They took me any way because of a warranty issue. Making the appointment was quick. The staff was very friendly and listened to my concern. My hearing aids were repaired in the 2week time period and took me right away. Very satisfied with the staff and service. I recomend this place.
My very first time at USA hearing and from the front desk all the way to the person who tested me was at the outmost professional and made me feel very comfortable. I bought very comfortable hearing aides. Therefore I am very pleased with my purchase.
