I had been going to Hear USA in Delray Beach, Fla since 2019 & absolutely loved the service! The Doctor, the receptionist (Barbara), & the punctuality, are amazing! I changed my insurance a year ago & unbeknownst to me they didn’t except my plan. I switched back to the insurance they accepted & am extremely happy to be back with Hear USA!!! My appointments at the other hearing place was an awful experience! I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEM AGAIN SINCERELY LYNN HAKALA Delray Beach, Florida
It was a perfect visit. The staff was very personable and friendly. They gave me pluses and minus's on each of their products which made my selection much easier. And they had a great deal to choose from. Not pushy at all. A great place and I highly recommend them at this location
What a wonderful experience with Dr. Baranowsk! She explained everything in detail and gave ample of time answering my questions during the visit. She went above and beyond to get me donated hearing aids as I could not afford to buy new ones and insurance coverage was very low. What a difference in hearing as I had lost more than half of my hearing in both ears. She has been nothing but helpful throughout the process and can't recommend her enough.
Cannot say enough good things about Michelle the audiologist & Barbara their right hand girl at the front line. So caring and both go out of their way to help each & every patient. Wasn't sure about my choice, had been to other companies but all in all glad I made the right choice. Don't be hesitant about asking them for help or expressing your concerns....they are more than willing to listen to you & work with you & help you solve your problems.
Also a good experience. Allison is wonderful and takes her time with you running the test and going over the results. Barbara at the front desk is always very pleasant and helpful with any questions you may have. I’ve been going there for 4 years now and the experience has always been excellent.
