My first time visit was wonderful! Service, respectful, kindness, very knowledgeable! Allison explained everything to me, she is very sweet and helpful! My aids fit beautiful, I don’t even realize I’m wearing them! Barbara, receptionist was fantabulous! Allison called me to make sure all is well! With much gratitude, Barbara
I just bought my 2nd pair of hearing aids and have had nothing but Excellent experiences. Barbara greets you and is always very helpful with checking aids changing nubs or handling paperwork. The audiologist Allison is always professional, knowledgeable, and happy to accommodate her patient in any way she can. They carry primarily Signia Hearing Aids but can get you others to try out if you wish…as I did. I would definitely recommend HEAR USA in Oriole Shopping Center, Delray.
I had been going to Hear USA in Delray Beach, Fla since 2019 & absolutely loved the service! The Doctor, the receptionist (Barbara), & the punctuality, are amazing! I changed my insurance a year ago & unbeknownst to me they didn’t except my plan. I switched back to the insurance they accepted & am extremely happy to be back with Hear USA!!! Outstanding professional operation. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Very respectful of my time. Answered all my questions regarding the different options Felt comfortable, and glad I chose HearUSA!
It was a perfect visit. The staff was very personable and friendly. They gave me pluses and minus's on each of their products which made my selection much easier. And they had a great deal to choose from. Not pushy at all. A great place and I highly recommend them at this location
