The location at 14840 S Miliary Trail is outstanding. The staff could not have been more patient and accommodating to my 88-year-old mother. It didn't feel like a chain; it was more like a family that wanted to ensure she understood everything and that they fit her needs and abilities perfectly. It was worth the drive!
Dorie Grizzard visited and was seen by Charlie. He was great! Took the time to answer all my questions. Performed a hearing test to get me the right volume. Explained and went over the options and explained the different hearing aids available as well as prices. Narrowed the options down to get me the right one and the best price! He was great!

I find all the people in HEAR USA, Delray Beach, FL facility from the receptionist to the audiologists wonderful. They are pleasant, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. If i should have a question or problem with my new hearing aids I just call for an appointment or walk in and I am seen quickly. I’m very happy dealing with such people who seem to love what they are doing.
