My first time visit was wonderful! Service, respectful, kindness, very knowledgeable! Allison explained everything to me, she is very sweet and helpful! I just bought my 2nd pair of hearing aids and have had nothing but Excellent experiences. Barbara greets you and is always very helpful with checking aids changing nubs or handling paperwork. The audiologist Allison is always professional, knowledgeable, and happy to accommodate her patient in any way she can. They carry primarily Signia Hearing Aids but can get you others to try out if you wish…as I did. I would definitely recommend HEAR USA in Oriole Shopping Center, Delray.

I had been going to Hear USA in Delray Beach, Fla since 2019 & absolutely loved the service! The Doctor, the receptionist (Barbara), & the punctuality, are amazing! I changed my insurance a year ago & unbeknownst to me they didn’t except my plan. I switched back to the insurance they accepted & am extremely happy to be back with Hear USA!!! Cannot say enough good things about Michelle the audiologist & Barbara their right hand girl at the front line. So caring and both go out of their way to help each & every patient. Wasn't sure about my choice, had been to other companies but all in all glad I made the right choice. Don't be hesitant about asking them for help or expressing your concerns....they are more than willing to listen to you & work with you & help you solve your problems.
