I was treated very nice- everything explained to me in detail so as to understand, The atmosphere was very comfortable and Pleasant Malisa and Jaclyn were very professional. I truly enjoyed my visit with these ladies. I would recommend them Highly. My first and second time there and I was very pleased with everything. a very friendly place.
Hear USA is convenient for me. It is located in Howard Beach and they always accommodate my schedule. My audiologist Jaclyn is fabulous. She listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Everything I need to know is explained to me. She is fast, thorough and patient. I am very happy I discovered Hear USA!
This was the first visit to this office. My husband had a hearing test & ordered his hearing aids. The receptionist & audiologist were professional & competent. Hoping this service continues after he uses the hearing aids.
My experience was good at Hear USA. The audiologist was great & answered all my questions. I’ve been going to Hear USA for 3 years and I plan to keep going there.
At the time when I got my hearing devices I was not told how to change filter. After ten days my devices died down. I was so frustrated because I was given appointment like one month away. I called do many time did not find a live person. I left message but no reply. At last I called my insurance VNS and the VNS agent got me new earlier appointment.
