I had a great experience. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to health insurance coverage (in-network and out-of-network). Dr Jaclyn Iacobelli was very pleasant to work with during and after the audiology test. They are out-of-network with my health insurance plan so Dr. Iacobelli recommended I visit an in-network ENT for alternate options.
Jaclyn, been very helpful and professional. My main problem was that I had to listen to my TV on 14 and my wife could comfortably hear it on 7. It wasn't fair to her to have the TV blasting twice as loud as she needed to hear it, just to accommodate me. This was the main reason why I got my hearing aids. The Best experience in hearing concerns. The staff is very courteous and professional.
I had a problem with my hearing aids, which did not work properly the audiologist address this problem, clean the hearing aids and presto they were like brand new what a wonderful experience fixing a horrible situation
Melissa at front desk was wonderful , clean , organized office . Only thing no restroom available for patient ( Was told restroom is out of order) . Jaclyn was great and very patient explaining the testing and results . Waiting for authorization and Hearing Aides Jaclyn suggested .
