I was treated very nice- everything explained to me in detail so as to understand, The atmosphere was very comfortable and Pleasant Malisa and Jaclyn were very professional. I truly enjoyed my visit with these ladies. I would recommend them Highly. My first and second time there and I was very pleased with everything. a very friendly place.
Hear USA is convenient for me. It is located in Howard Beach and they always accommodate my schedule. My audiologist Jaclyn is fabulous. She listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Everything I need to know is explained to me. She is fast, thorough and patient. I am very happy I discovered Hear USA!
TL; DR: My experience here was sub-par in every way that matters. Luckily for me, my insurance covers many of the highest-rated hearing aides available. Given the expense of hearing aids and the individual nature of the experience of using them, I had imagined that I would have an opportunity to try different hearing aids in order to compare. This was the first visit to this office. My husband had a hearing test & ordered his hearing aids. The receptionist & audiologist were professional & competent. Hoping this service continues after he uses the hearing aids.
Melissa and Doctor Jaclyn are very pleasant and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and run on time for visits.
